Loved staying at this house long term (nearly 2 months). It is a great neighborhood and very peaceful. Brian has been super helpful and was very responsive about my questions regarding gas appliances. I've felt like this was a great home base.

Spacious home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Terrific nature walking trails within 2 min walk of house!!

This is the host with the most! I stay in many air bnbs and this host was the best. The most responsive host and he goes out of his way to make sure the guests needs are met. The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We made great memories here with our family. We absolutely would book with him again as he was pleasant, kind, and went above our standards.

Great house! The layout is perfect for a family or group traveling together. All of the beds were comfortable and the space overall is great. We enjoyed being able to have plenty of space for everyone and enjoyed the living room layout when we had a lazy movie day. 100% recommend and we will be staying again for sure!

Leon and Stella's place is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The listing is clean, well-decorated, and a short walk or ride to many restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin.

Really happy with our stay, location was great, apartment was clean and comfortable and had all the things we needed including plenty of dishes towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent (I hate it when there's only one cloth or one detergent pod!) We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Austin.

This apartment was located in a great spot very close to the main walking trail making it easy to walk from one end of the city to the other. The apartment is located on a high floor with floor to ceiling windows. The staff in the building were very friendly. There was a nicely equipped gym and a pool in the building as well. It was very clean and a great place to stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Austin.

Great setup - the property is well setup for airbnbs / short term rentals with easy checkin, support, and other facilities. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. It’s walking distance from a number of restaurants on Rainey, and most other tourist destinations are all within a 15-20 min driving distance. Good gym facilities in the building as well. Street parking was easy to find. Note that the pool is only a wading pool, not a full pool.

Great place with awesome views. Very quiet and peaceful building. Unit was immaculately maintained. Clear instructions for checking in and out. Definitely worth coming back to.

The condo was great for the stay. Coffee bar in the building was a huge plus. Walkable to Rainey street bars and few restaurants. River walk was very beautiful. Will stay again if in Austin

Helen's place was perfect for me and my husband. The location and value is amazing. There are so many fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. The location is even walkable to downtown and to the lake. We'd definitely stay here again. Having a parking spot is rare and while there are multiple steps, the instructions are very clear to get in. Having a washer and dryer was great. The workout room is right around the corner and was not being utilized when we were in there. I will agree the TV interface was frustrating to use (often freezing out) but it's a very minor note. The bed was comfortable and the place was very quiet. Could not recommend it enough for the value.
