Comfortable Central Apartment with Unique Austin Vibe Perfect for Long-term Stays

We spent a month at Cynthia and Bobby's with our two little girls. It was a perfect stay and we didn't want to leave. We checked in a few days before Christmas and Cynthia had Willie Nelson's holiday music playing on the stereo and Shiner Holiday Cheer in the fridge as a little welcome surprise - what a fun treat! She really went out of her way to decorate the place for the holidays and left some special things for our girls, too. For instance, our toddler was not used to showers so Cynthia lent us her metal washtub and some rubber ducks to help my daughter feel comfortable. So thoughtful! The space is artfully curated. She really has a designer's eye. Nothing here is cheap - it is filled with real art, solid furniture, nice linens, and more. The kitchen is so chic and we loved the glassware. It was a real pleasure to spend time here. The best part is Cynthia and Bobby themselves, who are so kind and welcoming. Thank you both, so much. We can't wait to return!

This house was great — highly recommend, especially for a girls trip! It has a beautiful artsy vibe and very comfortable for hanging out. Everything is clearly labeled and organized. Fantastic location — close to I-35 so very convenient for day trips as well as a 10 min ride to Rainey St area and less than 15 min to 6th St area. But still a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our host Jackie was very proactive checking to make sure we had a great first night and had all we need. And she was extremely responsive when we had questions, even after our trip was over. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay for the second weekend of ACL fest was perfect. The location is great for the festival and within walking distance of Zilker Park (15m walk). Our family of four easily had enough room to relax before and after the festival. Plus the location is nearby many restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to visit Austin, to be able to spread out and get away from some of the hustle of downtown. Extremely recommend it for any Zilker park activities. Lastly, we had great communication with the owners and east check in/out.

Our stay was fantastic and the hosts are super helpful. Forgot my phone charger and they were able to loan one to me for my stay. Went out of their way to say hello and welcome us. Beds & pillows were comfortable and linens were fresh and clean. Would recommend and stay again if/when we’re back in Austin!

John and Tracy were great hosts. They were extremely responsive and had solutions to a small challenge we had at the property that was out of their control. They took the small issue very seriously and resolved it almost immediately. The property is as described and felt new, with all sorts of nice touches and thoughtful amenities. The area, at least during our stay, was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the breeze through the trees. The golf cart was a wonderful add on and we used it to tour the neighborhoods and to get to the beach club. There is a beautiful trail through the woods that takes you to the beach club. My wife and I and our 5 year daughter really enjoyed the experience of the trip through the woods. The beach club had multiple pools and spas with an infinity each pool and pools for the kids that are more shallow. Thank you John and Tracy for a save, clean and fun Airbnb experience.

This is hands down the perfect kid friendly house in Austin. The location is perfect, the house is cozy and comfortable I let my kids relax and just be theirselves without worrying about messes or being bored. We would definitely recommend to any family with kids.

Nick’s place is a comfortable, 2 bedroom detached house in a great location in Austin. It has everything we needed for a comfortable one week stay. This included a well equipped kitchen, a family sized washer and dryer, great wi-fi, an internet TV. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was great. The bathrooms worked well with strong showers and convenient sinks. Most of all this was a cozy and cheerful environment. The decor was themed to make you feel you are truly in Austin and there is also a birding theme that we enjoyed. We were here on one of the coldest weeks of the year and couldn’t enjoy the nice front yard, but we felt it coped well with the low temperatures. Nick was a fine host and very helpful and accommodating to all our inquiries. We were in Austin for the marathon and this was an excellent base.

Doug and his Bungalow earned 5-Stars. You won’t realize that this Bungalow is 110 years old because Doug has painstakingly restored and maintained its condition and the yard is attractive. It is in a historical Austin area a short walking distance to the pristinely clear Deep Eddy spring-fed recreation/lap swimming pool, Lake Ladybird (Townlake), and Zilker Park. It is a quiet residential area. It is a terrific location anytime of the year!

Kyle’s place was the perfect stay for our family. The house is a young child’s dream and our 1 year old son felt right at home with all of the toys and comfy crib. The location was ideal for traveling to many of the attractions that Austin has to offer. Kyle was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Bonus points for the couch being very big where 4 people could lay out at night. If traveling with little ones, this is the home for you!

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

Great apartment located in a fun, walkable, and easily accessible neighborhood in Austin. Close to amazing food, restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Our hosts had great recommendations listed, their studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Congress Ave is not far away and walkable. Parking is on the street but right in front of the studio so it's not an issue. Grind your own coffee beans in the morning, almost every style of brewing available in the kitchen! The bed is very comfortable. I would say the studio is perfect for 2 guests only.
