Ivo was a great host. He organized a taxi for us in the evening, showed us everything important in the area in the evening. Was really available at all times and helped us with lots of helpful answers. The property had everything you need. The sea was right outside. The balcony with sea view for breakfast was also great. Unfortunately, the bed was a bit hard, which can be found very often. We would come back anytime😍

We loved this appt for our family of 4! Very modern and tastefully decorated, had everything you need and in my daughters words "I could happily live here!" Perfect location with easy access to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Friendly city, nice to walk along the promenade day or night and some fantastic sunset views. Host was very informative, responsive and helpful. Allowed us to check in earlier and check out later which really helped. Should we return, we would not hesitate to come back to this appt.

we had a relaxing time in the accommodation. the bed is very comfortable and everything was very clean. there were a few small details missing such as dishwasher tabs or things for the fireplace and the Netflix account did not work properly. For this, the kitchen is well equipped and lightning clean. The roof terrace is also great for drinking coffee (but you have to note that there is no "real" coffee machine but a mocha pot)

I would recommend this place that smells good and is very clean. Only drawback, there are no shutters in the room, and in the evening the city is noisy. This apartment is not for people looking for calm. Otherwise, spotless, denial was helpful and responsive.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the beach, is on the 6th floor (there is an elevator) with a large terrace with sea view. Parking was available behind the house. The contact with Veizart was great. I recommend this place because of the terrace, close to the beach, parking, cleanliness and because of the great contact with Veizart.

Had one tiny thing when we arrived key was not in the key box but was sorted out very quickly when contacted. Beautiful place. In the centre of Tirana so can walk to lots of beautiful places. Would defo stay again

In October, we rented a wonderful house by the sea and we are absolutely thrilled! This place features impeccable CLEANLINESS, spaciousness, and excellent amenities that made us feel like we were in paradise. The contact with the owner was perfect—honest, accessible, and incredibly helpful. The ideal LOCATION allowed us to enjoy beautiful views and relax on the beach. Don’t consider other locations, as the bar has been set really high! I’m summarizing my story as briefly as possible so that no one misses this review. There were eight of us, and the time spent there was simply exquisite!

Well-equipped apartment in a basically well-kept facility. We were there at the end of the season, so there were very few other guests in the Valamar complex and the beach seemed neglected in sections (garbage problem). There were still two restaurants open, so we were also catered for in the evening, although the kitchen in the apartment also offers all the possibilities for self-catering. We felt comfortable overall.

Elio is very hospitable and pleasant in communication. The house is spacious and equipped with every comfort. We had a super time there!

Just back from the long weekend at Maria’s place. Lovely villa. Pool was great and Maria was awesome. Very responsive to any questions and queries. Highly recommend. Thanks again

franc was very helpful he helped me and my family to find the apartment he provided me with a lot of information which made it very easy and simple Hause is big can host until 8 people and air conditioner in both rooms was amazing very big + the location was max 5 min until the beach by walking and supermarkets near and local markets just in the under the apartment very clean and peaceful. I would recommend to other people AHH yes WiFi was strong as for the TV I did not had time to even open it there is a lot to do outside. best wishes 🥰

Rozeta’s place is excellent. It is spacious, comfortable - and homely. The location is perfect only minutes away from all of the exciting parts of Duress. Rozeta was a great host and very accomodating - communication and hospitality were excellent. Thank you again for a great stay!

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

The airbnb was amazing! clean and the apartment was beatiful. with an amazing view from the balcony:) the comunication with the host was on point and the response was within minutes and he made sure that everything is okay. Reccomend!

Great apartment in a great location with great views. The kitchen & bathroom are functional & well equipped & the bed comfortable. There are markets nearby & the beach only a minute away. It’s also an easy walk to plenty of bars & restaurants. Our host Sardi was kind, friendly & extremely helpful. Highly recommend 😊

Great location, everything you need within 5 min walk: restaurants, bus stop, supermarketem, Beach Bar. The beach was right in front of the property, so the view from the balony was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, the place was clean. We really enjoyed our stary here.

What an amazing stay. The process was much easier having organised paid transport with Gentian, having arrived in a night time. The space was even bigger than in the pictures and the space was newly renovated! Gentian was even courteous to drop us to the local bus station the following morning. Thank you again, hopefully we’ll be back in the summer time!

We had a really pleasant stay - the view of the ocean was breathtaking and we loved having an evening drink or breakfast on the balcony. Despite the high way running on the other side of the building we did not hear it at all but only the waves crashing which was very peaceful. The beach was very nice and there were some restaurants and shops open despite “off-season”. The beach promenade was also nice for a morning jog or a stroll. Place is a little bit from the centre of Durres - we took the car in once but it was impossible to find a parking spot but eventually found a parking garage under the Qendra shopping mall. Oklend and Aferdita were very friendly and we loved staying at their place - would definitely stay here again another time!
