For a professional trip, I have been living 7 months in Lima in Mariana's apartment. Without hesitation, I give it 5 stars!! Before arriving in Lima, they already contacted me to make my arrival as easy as possible. Throughout the stay, both Mariana and her mother have been available to solve any inconvenience or to give me information about things I could see or do in the city. On the subject of cleanliness, the truth is that I was very surprised for good. It's definitely one of the cleanest apartments I've been to. Everything is spotless on arrival. The neighborhood is the best there is in Lima in terms of security and restaurants. Specifically, the apartment is in a quiet area of Miraflores, so there is no noise at night (the night environment area is 15-20 mins walking). Many nights I've walked back to the apartment and I haven't had any problems. The building has a 24/7 doorman In short, I recommend it 100%!

Great location with a lovely balcony overlooking the park and the ocean. Lots to do nearby, including many great restaurants. This is a perfect apartment for either a short or extended stay while in Lima. I would definitely go back to Gianfranco’s place and would recommend to friends and family.

We spent a few wonderful days in this house located in a condominium that had everything you need to enjoy to the fullest: common areas, security and tranquility. The house was spotless, very tidy, and the terrace was undoubtedly the great highlight, perfect for relaxing. Fernando was always available and attentive to our needs, which made the experience even better. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended!

We spent some incredible days, I celebrated my birthday with family and friends. The house is beautiful, many things to do, the guys spent super playing basketball, football. Jerson, Nelson, Arancely and others, were attentive to our questions and requests. Thank you very much, we are sure we will be back.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Giorgio's house, and everything is very good. The house is beautiful, with everything you need to spend a few days having fun in the pool, grilling or going to the beach, which is super close by walking. There are several wineries around to buy anything you need, plus delivery services. Giorgio and his dad were attentive to everything, for example we had an inconvenience with the kitchen pipe and the next day they exchanged it for a new one, without any problems

Roberto was extremely friendly, proactive and helpful. She always responded quickly and clarifies some inquiries I had before, during and after my stay. The house is quite beautiful, very balanced with accessories for the beach, cooling and large kitchen and its perfect terrace for grills. The beach also super clean and organized. I went with friends to have a long end and we all liked full. I broke it up again the following week ☀️🙌🏻

the Estadía was familiar allowed us to disconnect from the city and enjoy the beach that is a few steps away, the location is very good, we take our pets who had an incredible time, you have a very stocked shop nearby and you can even ask to take the bread to the apartment for breakfast. Galia is a super host, she is attentive to all requirements and always willing to attend them with the best willingness. The Internet is great, it reached the beach!!!. The place is very convenient, Juan is very nice, accommodating and quickly available for questions. I was even allowed to stay a day longer for a cheaper price and he was so nice and drove me to Chorillos after checkout. I'm very grateful for that. Value for money is also great. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place - especially for those travelers who need their own space with kitchen, bathroom and a small living room.

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.

very nice place, close to Costa 21 for what are the concerts, locomoción at the door of the condominium and an exquisite chicken restaurant to the brazas which is located behind the back, as well as the convenience store, the apartment very comfortable and cozy, I would stay there again.

We had a great time with my family, cozy home, clean and tidy things and above all the host was very nice and responsive, great place to stay and relax.

The condominium looks like a resort or a beach hotel, has many facilities, the restaurant in front of the pool meets the expectations of a good restaurant, and the sunset views are quite nice. The apartment is quite comfortable and complied with what was indicated. We had a pretty good time with the family. I recommend it
