Waterfront vacation rentals in Playa Parguito

This is the ideal place to be on Margarita Island, close to the beach, shopping malls, good restaurants and the residential complex is very quiet and impeccable. The hosts welcomed us to the property and are very friendly and recommended places of interest to visit. If I visit Margarita Island again, I would definitely stay at this property again. This apartment is highly recommended and is in a very good area within Costa Azul.

I really enjoyed this cozy and clean apartment, the internet 10/10 worked 100% for me, as I telework, the apartment is super close to important and attractive places such as the La Vela shopping center and you can walk to the beach. The photos and description are consistent with what we actually found at the property. Hosts are always in communication with guests! I'll be sure to come back for another stay on Margarita Island I recommend it 🌸

An excellent experience our stay in Cimarrón and Theo's service. The Cimarrón Suites is located in front of Parguito beach, adjoining El Agua beach, so we had to go down and we were at sea. We also had two swimming pools and 2 restaurants at our disposal to eat a rich fish and seafood. The buildings have continuous maintenance, safety at the beach, with their washing machine, and surveillance. The apartment is very bright, in perfect condition, the bathrooms renovated and has a fabulous ocean view. We were 6 people and we were comfortable. The apartment has all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The well-equipped kitchen and when we missed something, Theo was available and helped us cordially. The air conditioning like hot water worked perfectly. As well as the wifi and TV with Netflix, Amazon etc. When going down to enjoy the sea, Theo provides all the items for entertainment and enjoyment of the beach: awning, chairs, cava, beach rackets and other games, surfboards and bodyboard, a cart to take everything to the beach, etc. Theo is a great host, eager to help and make us feel comfortable. She provided us with good tips for places to visit, shopping, activities to do and eat. Thank you to Theo and her family for the care provided. My sister who came from Paris to share with us was impressed by the quality of the apartment and services provided.

Very nice and tastefully decorated house, with everything you could need, impeccable communication with the Host, always paying attention to the guest's satisfaction! It has a patio that you can access the house apart from the main access with a perfect shower to get from the beach and shower before entering the house. We were left welcome fruits and drinks, toiletries and hygiene were available... Again, everything was very well thought out so that nothing was needed. Highly recommended, we'll be back!!

A very beautiful apartment! Amazing view and its location is very close to the beach, everything is very comfortable and cozy, Mr. Emir and Mrs. Ceila are very attentive, they responded to any of our concerns at any time and even left us a list with the most iconic places in Margarita! Very good internet, there was water at all times and they have a very good tank so we never ran out of water. Excellent Airbnb!

The apartment is ideal for a perfect vacation. Carolina greeted us with a warm welcome and was attentive to our needs throughout the stay. The apartment is equipped with water tanks and an inverter, ensuring a continuous supply of water and electricity. The complex has a swimming pool, surveillance and is excellently maintained. It was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent the days we were at Adriana's place. Everything is impeccable, very good service, all services 100%, everything is very nice and comfortable. A little bit of Greece in Margarita, everything is very well cared for and reflects love of nature.

Great location. The apartment felt comfortable for a family of 4. Two adults and two little girls The only thing I would add is something to place the wet clothes as it is a beach apartment. The pool is excellent and the beach right in front of the building is also a good option if you decide not to move to the rest of the beaches on the island someday. We would definitely repeat the stay.
