Vacation rentals with a pool in Playa Norte

Very comfortable house, private and with all amenities. Maria and Henry were very attentive to welcome us and show us their home. The center of San Bartolo is quite close and the area is quiet. We had some beautiful days as a family!!!

The house is right on the beach and the backyard is a little paradise and great for families! Our kids spent hours each day playing in the pool and running around the small enclosed yard. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The sound of the waves at night is amazing! Javier is a very welcoming host and clearly takes a lot of pride in his home. Pedro, the housekeeper, was super responsive to our questions and needs. The house is not in San Bartolo proper; it’s in Santa Rosa, which is a 7 minute drive from San Bartolo. There’s a small convenience store down the street, but otherwise nothing within an easy walk. We did have an issue with the bathrooms and garage area smelling of sewage at times. Javier was responsive when we asked about it, but it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Javier said he was working with the sewer company to solve it. The rest of the house was fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but hopefully will be addressed.

Great place to share with the family! Super spacious and very well-equipped. Nice climate and view. There were no issues with the place and there are many things in the house to have fun with. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

The apartment is just like the description of the listing, with all the comforts for a pleasant stay in a very quiet and safe area, half a street from Av El Ejército where you can find mobility to different parts of the city Mildre was very attentive to my needs. Thank you! Highly recommended!

I stayed with my children and we felt super comfortable, they enjoyed the pool. The very central and quiet place to enjoy the sea, restaurants, etc.

Doña Sulma was a loving person, super attentive, organized and professional. My flight was arriving at night and she waited for me at the reception to give me a tour of the apartment and make sure my arrival was comfortable. No complaints, just flattery. I hope to be soon again in Lima to stay here.

The photos and description are as-is and more. I went with all my family, elderly people with reduced mobility and a small dog. It was very easy to access the beach and the seawall because the condominium has elevators. Direct access to the beach Beautiful gardens, sauna, jacuzzi, play area, gym, yoga room, all very easy to access, just with the bracelet that give you on entry. The pools are the best. Pool with bar and restaurant, family pool and a children's pool. The pools face the ocean directly. We were able to take big pictures of the sunset from there. We will definitely be back! 🤗 Monica is an excellent host. Lots of kindness, flexibility and understanding on your part. Nahaim and the condominium management staff were also very helpful and friendly. The place exceeded our expectations 🤩
