Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa Mantas

The place was very clean, spacious, safe (gated residence with entry code) and less than 5 minutes from the beach and main strip. Chance was very responsive, and the free concierge service was amazing. We booked our airport transportation and three excursions through the concierge (Damien), with all scheduled pickups at the AirBnb arriving right on time. I will 100% stay here (or at another one of Chance’s properties) when I return to Jaco.

It was great to stay at Sira’s place. I enjoyed walking to Jaco beach 🏖️ it found myself at the beach 🏝️ every morning 6-7am or 7-8am doing fitness on the beach with a local fitness trainer Daniel. It was near Jaco and many quaint places to eat. The house is super safe and beautiful. I loved the garden and extra touches. It felt right at home and would recommend this house to anyone visiting Jaco. Thanks Sira. It’s a beautiful dream beach home and there is lots to do in Jaco and various wonderful grocery stores as well!

Great place in the best bit of Javo. great vies of ghd mountains, and try Rayanna's restaurant opposite. Best place to eat in Jaco.

The most beautiful view as you are on the top corner of the building towards the ocean! Very responsive and helpful!

We were very pleased with the stay at Tanya's place. We found the place in a clean, tidy and well-equipped condition. Tanya was very quickly available for questions and an extension of the length of stay was also possible without any problems. The location is very good for visiting Jaco and its beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Thank you!

The place is lovely and homey. Very private and nicely located in a peaceful area. A lot of amenities included which came in very handy!

The house was spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It had a big kitchen which was well stocked with everything you needed. The laundry room was very useful. The pool out door area was lovely as was the balcony on the top floor . We really enjoyed our stay and when we had some queries they were answered quickly .

Chris was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. The place was great for our family of 4. The kitchen had all the cutlery and utensils. Chris brought some groceries from their kitchen to help us out. Hollie baked some delicious cupcakes for my family. The place is a little off the beaten path and a little tough to drive to during heavy rains. However, the view from the balcony and the bedrooms is just amazing. We sat there almost all of our time just looking at the jungle, the ocean in the distance, and listening to the sounds of nature surrounding us. My kids loved reading their books in the hammock listening to the birds and the rainfall. This was a great place to unwind and recharge. We went to the beaches and restaurants in town (about 15-30 minutes away), but for the most part we preferred staying at the cabin. My wife and I enjoyed our morning walks on the mountain road seeing the colorful birds fly by. We would love to come back in the future. Thanks Chris and Hollie.

very beautiful, centrally located home! was cozy and comfortable, in a safe, lovely neighborhood!! right across the street from Soda Garabito where we ate some of the best food we’ve ever had!! we will def return and rebook!! 10/10 trip to Jaco!!!!

Great place to stay! We had a view of Jaco Beach from our balcony. This place was modern, safe and walking distance to the beach. Parking was very safe and private. I highly recommend to anyone going to Costa Rica. Anytime we had questions they were very quick to respond.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Everything was exactly as expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the thoughtful local guidebook she put together, which helped us discover great spots in the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

We stayed at Chantal's house for 3 nights. Clean house, it does have a pool, which is awesome. Close to the beach and city of Jaco. Air conditioning is a bonus. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay.

This was our fourth week using Airbnbs for lodging, and this was our favorite by far! Carol was always fast to reply and offered helpful ideas for our stay. Her condo has everything you might need for a great stay. The community is super safe with a gate to access, another code for parking, a different code for the tower and another for the condo! No keys just codes. The outside pools and beach are super clean and great for relaxing. The bed was fabulous, shower and AC worked great too! Weekends have more families coming to use the units but all the other days it is super quiet and just a handful of people using the facilities. We had a fabulous week and look forward to returning again. Thank you Carol!

I've stayed at Jhonathan's Villa for the past few years, and I certainly feel at home here. Jaco is growing quickly, and Jonathan's home is quiet with plenty of activities close by. It has a perfect location, quiet and comfortable. You will enjoy your stay.
