Very good and nice stay, hostess a very nice apartment, excellent location steps from downtown and beach, excellent facilities. The only thing as a detail is that the TV system does not work in a good way, the application used is not good. It was cut every time, for the value of the rent it should be optimal, but overall everything is very nice.

Highly recommended, quiet, beautiful view, beach and pool, plants, flowers and lawns, friendly and cooperative concierges.

We spent four days at Cristian's place and it was amazing. All super clean, comfortable and cozy. With everything you need for a good stay. The location is perfect, close to everything, so we didn't even think about using the car. Cristian is an excellent host, always attentive and super friendly, willing to help with whatever you need. You can tell he really cares about his guests. I recommend it 100% !

Quiet and safe place, with all the comforts for a family with small children, well equipped kitchen and good TVs with Directv and WiFi for after the beach, which is two blocks away (very close). The quality of the beds and furniture in the living room stands out, very comfortable, everything turned out perfect, we will be back.

Good and quick response from Ivonne and the person in charge. Sorry some amenities were not able to use due to lack of response from the building manager.
