We had a wonderful time staying at Mike and Heidi’s place! Their communication before and during our trip was excellent — they were always available to offer assistance and provide great recommendations. Thanks to them, we booked Scape Park, went snorkeling, found a local braider, and discovered many other resources. We also loved the spacious accommodations and relaxing by the pool. Highly recommend!

Paradise Beach! 4BR, Pool, Rooftop & Ocean Views.

Our stay was abbreviated due to our lack of tolerance for the area due to being approached outside of the security gate by aggressive street hustlers non-stop. This is no fault of the property or our host, but just not for us. Our host offered every accommodation possible and went above and beyond with assisting in transportation and food delivery options.

Luxurious Beach Penthouse with its own PrivatePool

5 star stay at the Penthouse at Chateau del Mar. This is a great two storey condo with an amazing rooftop pool and ocean view... steps to the beach... close to restaurants and bars. Great wifi, ac in every room, huge tv with streaming channels, and ocean views from two of the three bedrooms. We loved it and hosted a memorable family reunion here during our 5 week stay at the penthouse. The owner Davinia is wonderful. She arranged pick up from the airport and was very responsive. If we needed anything she made sure that we got it immediately... water, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, clean bath and pool towels etc. Hotel level service. Also, there was no charge for electricity/hydro... a big plus. The staff were also terrific. Berto, the chamber maids, pool cleaners and security at the door all get a shout out for their great service. Thank you Daviana. We will be back to the Chateau del Mar. A great stay.

Loved this place, and her host Alex is great, always attentive to every detail and willing to answer any questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is a very quiet and clean condominium, very close to everything. My family and I are very grateful to Alex for all his attentions, and we would definitely come back.

We stayed for one month. The best thing other than the weather and the beautiful beaches, was the service we received from the host Go Punta Cana Vacations. They were truly the best of any service I have ever received anywhere. They were extremely organized and communication was second to none. We had a few issues during our stay, but were resolved immediately. The apartment was very clean on arrival. The AC worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. So nice to have a washer and dryer. I appreciated the room darkening shade in the primary bedroom. The pool was clean and the grounds were well kept. The condo is very well located near everything. I was a bit worried about the large deposit required for electricity beforehand if staying for more than 28 days, but rest assured, they reimburse you back for what you don’t use. The apartment was a bit pricey and showing a bit of wear and tear, but knowing we had such an attentive host, it was well worth it! Thank you again. We’ll be back!

I had an amazing experience at this apartment in Punta Cana! The place was exactly as shown in the photos and description—no surprises at all. Inside, I found everything I needed to feel comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the water pressure was perfect, and the decor was beautifully done. Getting to the apartment was easy, and once I arrived, I felt right at home. The communication with the host was fantastic—super responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The location is unbeatable. You’re literally right in front of the beach, and there's a fantastic restaurant onsite, along with several pools to enjoy. The maintenance of the gardens and the entire residential complex is impeccable—they keep everything in top condition, which added to the overall experience. I would absolutely return to this place for another vacation. It was a wonderful stay in a perfect location, and I couldn’t have asked for more!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this amazing property. The condo itself is beautiful- it has tasteful furnishings, comfortable beds, and is extremely well-stocked. And the location of the condo within the condo complex can’t be beat! It is directly on the ocean, with views of the pool as well. And it being a corner unit meant we had spectacular views of the ocean from every room. We spent mornings having coffee on the balcony, evenings sitting out looking at the stars, and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. My entire family agreed this was our favorite vacation. Ingrid was also extremely helpful and provided us with great information and recommendations. She even arranged for transportation for us to and from the airport. Overall a 10/10 experience. We hope to be back!

A well-designed and spacious property in the heart of Cap Cap Cana’s marina area, we found it impeccably clean, well located and convenient access to both the beach and pool areas. The attentive concierge service was available and on hand during business hours via a messaging service and was accommodating with all requests made and very communicative at all times. My only niggle with the property was it was missing some basic items such as a kettle, cereal bowls and a large serving bowl. These additions can make a significant difference in the overall guest experience. Would definitely recommend a stay here, a big shout out to Michelle and the team who made our stay seamless.

Happy to have found this gem of a place & would return in a heartbeat! Location is perfection- right in the heart of Los Corales. You are super close to restaurants, grocery, shops. Playa Turquesa is calm and serene. You have beachfront access and variety of pools. We really enjoyed beach bar/restaurant first thing in the morning for coffee or watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand. The condo unit itself is great for a family of four. Our two teens enjoyed having their own space upstairs; they could sleep-in without being disturbed. Well appointed master bedroom, two washrooms, laundry in unit, well stocked kitchen and screens on the windows/doors really elevated our stay. The highlight was the spacious outdoor covered balcony. We started and ended our day here. AC works great but really didn't need it- the screens allowed us to keep windows open and enjoy the breeze. It was super nice to arrive and find water jug/pump. Yves and co-host Jenny were great and ready to help

We loved our stay. The space is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and with a cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Ideal for relaxing and experiencing a moment of peace. The location is excellent: very central and close to everything. Really nice house, easy to check in and out. Safety environment, house was clean. only thing i needed instructions with was how the warm water works, but that was solved. I felt at home. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Punta Cana but also go about your own way and explore. House was close to Downtown and the main streat Av.Barcelo where there is a lot you can find as shopping malls. The road to the residence is a little bumpy but it's in development . overall great stay !

We truly enjoyed our stay at Gisselle's! Newly built complex, it was quiet, secure, and the Hard Rock and Beach Club are easy to walk to. The balconies are wonderful to relax on, the air conditioning works well, and there are lots of pots, pans, and utensils to use in the kitchen. Gisselle gave us so many recommendations on excursions and provided tips on grocery stores and resort day passes. We will absolutely stay with her again.
