Beachfront vacation rentals in Playa El Tunco

Second time visiting Xanadu and this trip superseded the first somehow. Otto’s place was a great place for our vacation and our family’s needs. The house could use a bit of maintenance but it doesn’t take away from enjoying this place and its surroundings. Great pool deck during the afternoon and evenings. Great views and good room layouts for big families. Otto was very communicative and responsive. We hope to visit again one day.

A truly great spot for a peaceful time after going all day to the beach. Close to great surf spots and food. Guillermo is a top class host if you are planning a vacation nearby and this is available don’t hesitate on booking it. Highly recommended

What a view! The walks on the beach were priceless. The staff was wonderful and very helpful when we needed to get supplies. Definitely a great place to go to with friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Noemy is very friendly, think about the details, we went this weekend and the house was decorated for Christmas, we have a young son and he was happy to see a tree and Christmas decoration, there are also restaurant options to order at home. Each room has its own bathroom, they are small, but the important thing is privacy and they are complete bathrooms with watering. The beds are comfortable, it was very clean. it has 4 rooms, 5 dining rooms, parking lot and 5 bathrooms, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The weather was super rich, warm with a perfect breeze. Don Manuel, the very friendly guard. The best thing is the view, from any point of the house the view is beautiful.

We had an amazing time surfing different nearby Beaches and the house was the perfect headquarters for our team. Thanks Brian and Erick for a great trip to El Salvador. We’ll be back!!!

My stay at Malibu Ranch was exactly what my family needed. We visited for my cousin’s wedding, and with 12 of us, there was more than enough space for everyone to move around comfortably. The air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly, ensuring a cool and relaxing stay. The house features a spacious kitchen inside and a great outdoor BBQ area near the pool, making it easy to cook whenever needed. Omar, our host, was fantastic—he opened the gate for us as needed, attended to all our requests, and even helped us arrange a cook to prepare fried fish for lunch, which was absolutely delicious. Across the street, there’s a small local store that we recommend stopping by to show some love and support. Both the pool and the beach were amazing. Just be cautious not to venture too far into the ocean, as the currents can be strong. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend Malibu Ranch for a memorable getaway!

this place was great, everything was right from the beginning to the end. everyone was super nice. the place was clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. the bedroom lines were clean, no dust or pest of any kind. im super scared of spiders but i didn't see any in the house area or the pool. no issues of any kind. I really enjoyed the place. the staff is super friendly and attentive. I felt safe, you won't be disappointed.

Stayed here with my family, we had lots of fun at the beach and the pool that's outside. The house was beautiful it felt very comfortable and at night you can see so many stars. You will definitely enjoy your stay here, with 3 bed rooms and many clean beds to sleep in.

Our stay at the beach house was absolutely amazing! My significant other and I loved every moment and felt like we’d found our own little paradise. Having access to both a stunning beach and a warm private pool made it ideal, I could take a dip anytime, day or night. The house had everything we needed to feel at home, and Don Milo was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay special. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

Dinora’s place was great! The only thing better was her kindness and hospitality! We loved walking to the nearby restaurant and beach. It was also great to be able to enjoy the outdoor living area and her pool! Also, Isaiahs was always available to help us with the couple needs we had and was so kind as well. Even with our bad Spanish! I recommend you spending some time here and enjoying Atami for sure. I’m glad we did!

Our family and friends had an amazing few days staying at Mirna and John's house. they are lovely people who are always available to help and made our vacation great! The large porch area was so nice and big and the fans made it comfortable to hang out there and eat, socialize, play games, etc. They were helpful with recommendations and anything else we needed. The house is set in a very safe area with amazing walkable restaurants with exceptional views. The local beach was beatiful and relaxing. The house is about 10-15 minutes from El Tunco and with uber it was easy to go back and forth without needing a car. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

Super recommended! We had a good time, the beach is very spacious, good area! Mr. José María provides excellent attention. Very friendly and helpful. Como tip: always ask her for food recommendations in the surroundings, places, etc.

Loved the house, Mauricio is very communicative and helpful . Space was very nice, and full of anything you might need in the kitchen. There is a bit of a pest in one of the grass areas near the pool , centipedes start coming out mostly at night near the pool, would be great if that could be dealt with , other than that place was perfect .

All good. Rancho very nice and spacious. Just like the pictures and description. The place very nice, quiet and far away. The street to get to the ranch is landy and bumpy but going slow you can reach well in carro sedán. Recommended.

Our family had a great 3 day stay at Nest Beach House. The place is beautiful very clean, peaceful and most important very spacious home. Jefferson and Ms. Ali super friendly willing to go beyond their abilities to help. I would not think twice to come back to this gorgeous home.
