Miguel’s home is the perfect place to stay for a few days in Lima. It is decorated beautifully and feels like a home but isn’t cluttered at all. There is filtered water, a really nice shower, and tons of space. The balconies are so nice for sunny days. Miguel also sends recommendations for food and coffee nearby, though you won’t need them if you just walk a block in any direction. And the view is beautiful!

Accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great location. The hosts were very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

The duplex has everything you need and everything is very tidy and clean when you arrive. It's in the best area and with ocean views. We liked the view of the balcony and terrace. And that every room had large beds.

The house is right on the beach and the backyard is a little paradise and great for families! Our kids spent hours each day playing in the pool and running around the small enclosed yard. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The sound of the waves at night is amazing! Javier is a very welcoming host and clearly takes a lot of pride in his home. Pedro, the housekeeper, was super responsive to our questions and needs. The house is not in San Bartolo proper; it’s in Santa Rosa, which is a 7 minute drive from San Bartolo. There’s a small convenience store down the street, but otherwise nothing within an easy walk. We did have an issue with the bathrooms and garage area smelling of sewage at times. Javier was responsive when we asked about it, but it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Javier said he was working with the sewer company to solve it. The rest of the house was fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but hopefully will be addressed.

We spent New Year's Eve as a family in Maria Luisa's house. The terrace is great and is equipped with everything you might need. In addition, José, the manager of the house, was always attentive and helped us with everything we need. 100% recommended
