Celebrated New Years here with family such a beautiful time we spent. This beach house is a dream pictures do not do justice I promise you will not regret this magical place on the beach. Spent the best time ever. Miguel and Caroline are very helpful and attentive to whatever we needed. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Traveling from Guatemala, Erick a superhost. Atento and available to help during our stay. The house is quite big and clean, the photos don't do it justice for what we could enjoy. I will really come back to stay again when I returned to El Salvador. Rossy, very helpful and kind. A very quiet and clean beach. I recommend it with your eyes closed.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday with my family! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and peaceful this Airbnb was. The setting was absolutely perfect—breathtaking sunsets every evening, a cozy and well-maintained space, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the adorable little chickens roaming around, adding such a charming and unique touch to our stay. The entire property was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and truly exceeded our expectations. Swinging in the hammocks with the sound of the waves in the background was pure bliss—it was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the stunning views. If you’re looking for a place to relax and recharge, this is it! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my husband and our two young kids. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The neighborhood was very safe. The private beach was an easy walk from the house and the drive to El Tunco beach was short. Otto was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again and will recommend to others!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The pool was absolutely fantastic, and we spent so much time enjoying it. My daughter and grandmother were especially fond of the hammock, often relaxing there together and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The aesthetic of the place was stunning — it had such a cozy, stylish vibe that made us feel right at home. The cleaning staff that came on the second day were also lovely. They were so kind and even sat down with my grandma while I stepped out for a bit, which was such a nice touch. We really appreciated how warm and welcoming everyone was throughout our stay. It made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

The place is just like the description and photos - a spacious and comfortable house. The family who takes care of the property was very friendly and attentive to help us, as were the hosts who were pending. Very helpful directions to get there. Highly recommended!

Yanira and the team are very friendly and helpful to respond quickly. It was our second time at the ranch, and of course we would come back again. We were 8 people who enjoyed the place including the improvements found compared to first visit.

Although we booked this place last minute and had changes the day of/before, Patricia was able to accommodate us and help us modify our reservation to fit the number of people that were going to be staying. Patricia and the other co-hosts were very responsive and answered any questions we had. Jorge was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was very nice and peaceful. This was my first time back in El Salvador visiting my dad’s side of the family since 2011, and staying here during Christmas made the trip even more memorable!

We had a great time with friends at your residence. The outdoor space was a favorite for our group. The neighborhood is very nice and tranquil, ideal for relaxing. The proximity to the beach and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was easy to get to nearby neighborhoods for more entertainment. We'd come back if we had a chance!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near the beach! The place was private, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. The locals were so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There was so much to do nearby, from exploring the town to enjoying the beach. The private beach access was definitely the highlight—it felt like our own little paradise! The only thing I would love to see improved is the entrance and exit setup. There are two gates, but only the farthest gate is available for entry due to personnel reasons, which made it slightly inconvenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d absolutely come back!

This place was absolutely breathtaking, even more beautiful in person. The check in process was quite easy. Margarito the caretaker was extremely helpful. Near the residence there are many vendors where you can buy food. The location was private and the beach was beautiful. One thing we were bummed about but nothing to do with the house, We drove from Guatemala and traffic was terrible. What should have been a 3 hour drive max turned into over 5+ hours. Keep traffic in mind.

We loved the place, it was very clean and the person who received us took care of us very kindly. We loved the beach and the facilities in general. The rooms are very comfortable and tidy, the kitchen is very well equipped. A place I would definitely stay at again.

This beach house is stunning and beautiful! It is directly beachfront, with a huge yard leading to the beach. The pool is so refreshing! Not heated. There is someone that lives next to the entrance gate, in case you need anything but not at all intrusive. They open/close the gate as needed. The 1st floor has a kitchen that opens to the outside patio. It also has a small living room with a half bath. There is no A/C downstairs but the doors open for a breeze. Kitchen has a ceiling fan and large portable fan. The kitchen has no hot water. The 2nd floor has all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full on-suite bath. The other 2 bedrooms have a shared full bath. Each of those 2 bedrooms has a double bed and a bunk bed. All 3 bedrooms have their own air conditioning unit. There is a portable hot water unit in the upstairs bathrooms. The outside has dining and sitting areas. There is an outdoor shower to rinse sand off after the beach. You will not regret this stay!

What a find! This airbnb was absolutely beautiful and had such amazing amenities. This is airbnb is right on the water with a great view of the beach. The place was clean and had a beautiful yard filled with palm trees. The house is SPACIOUS and has so many extra places for friends and families to stay and hangout. The place was perfect to enjoy not only with guests but being able to bring other family and friends to enjoy the place. Emilio who takes care of the place was extremely generous with his time and was very attentive with any needs we had. Plus the house dog Oso was the perfect addition to our stay. We can’t wait to come back!!

Dinora’s place was great! The only thing better was her kindness and hospitality! We loved walking to the nearby restaurant and beach. It was also great to be able to enjoy the outdoor living area and her pool! Also, Isaiahs was always available to help us with the couple needs we had and was so kind as well. Even with our bad Spanish! I recommend you spending some time here and enjoying Atami for sure. I’m glad we did!

Just finished a fantastic stay. The location was exactly as described and the photos offer a great representation of the property. The host Ileana was very responsive and the onsite caretakers Jose and Carlos were very friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to speak with every day. A++ recommendation. Will come back again.
