This place is amazing and just as described. If you are looking for a peaceful place to call home while exploring the surrounding areas this is the spot to reserve.

We had an amazing experience at Joe's place in Xanadu. Although we came across a couple of glitches, Joe quickly responded to my messages and had assistance readily available. He's also a very caring host. One suggestion I would make is probably access to better internet or WiFi. During my stay, we had a couple of minor health issues going on and it took some effort to get a good signal to communicate with Joe, Uber drivers and other family members to ask for assistance. I found a few spots around the house with relatively good reception, however, in instances when it's hard to move around or want to stay away from the heat, a better signal would have taken that additional stress off. Other than that, Joe's place is wonderful and he is an amazing host. Highly recommend him and his place. Thank you for being such an amazing host.

Oscar was always so attentive and always responded quickly. This place is in a quiet neighborhood, very peaceful. Stayed a month with a few friends and absolutely loved the place. The view is amazing, sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evening are so magical. The sunrise and sunsets are so beautiful.

This place was great. Awesome hospitality. The space was more than enough room for 3 people with all the amenities that we needed and then some, the area was very secure. The beach is a short distance away and was beautiful. Cannot say enough how great the place was. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

Amazing location and place to stay, the views are immaculate and the hammocks made it all the more relaxing!! The place was quite clean despite the years long wear and tear on the facilities. Check in worked, but would have been a bit difficult if you do not speak Spanish as there was a security gate with a guard asking where you are trying to go. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! The people maintaining the place were very friendly and kind :)

This is the second time we have stayed with my family in this beach house and it is more than recommended.! The house has all the necessary amenities to make the stay pleasant. Spacious facilities, comfortable beds, a/c working, fans in common areas make a pleasant stay, the very well equipped kitchen, the location and proximity to the beach are fantastic, home suitable for the elderly/children, the cleaning in general and the maintenance of the house⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Great communication with Mrs. Elizabeth 10 out of 10. Simply spectacular.!!!

Mauricios home and property were so beautiful and peaceful. The views from the farm are amazing and watching the sunset from one of the small pools was one of my favorite things from our weekend. Mauricio was incredibly helpful, hopping on the phone with our tour provider when we were lost and confused, and being flexible and able to make meals when we weren’t able to find time to get to the grocery store. Mauricio and his mom are very welcoming and we felt right at home!

Wonderful outdoor area, beautiful house with lake view. Extremely nice and accommodating housekeeper named Juan. However, the path to the nearest larger town with supermarket is quite far away.

The outdoor was stunning, exquisite, peaceful. I was able to relax and do some work outside. The house provides the essentials that are needed, it is comfortable and private. The workers around the house were helpful and respectful, everyone was friendly. The beach is beautiful, and the view is amazing. Overall the house and location were great. Amazing vacation!!

We had a extremely wonderful stay with our family. The views are unmatched and the pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of outdoor seating and views. The home was very clean and I’m somewhat OCD. The property is very traditional with common areas without AC, but it’s really not a bother. You can easily get transportation anywhere that the staff will call. Many good restaurants and La libertad are super close. We especially loved El Tunco and a lot of variety and local vendor shop/foods a 7 min car ride away. The staff of the house is the beacon that sets apart this AirBNB apart from the rest of Airbnbs. Their cooking is incredible and they are very accommodating and clean. We loved their cooking better than the restaurants. We loved Ale and Doña Estrella who go above and beyond. The master bedrooms / bathrooms (like the casitas) could use a refresh, but they are very clean. The beds and air conditioning are amazing.

Wow! Where do I start? This was my favorite air BnB to date! The ride up to the house was a bit treacherous BUT well worth it! The grounds keepers were so kind, Don Manuel was kind enough to help with with so so much, including getting us in contact with someone who would be able to give us a tour around the lake in a boat! It was BEAUTIFUL! We loved the stay, loved being able to experience something so new. We had never stayed on lake ilopango before and we will definitely be back. Our 3 young boy were able to play, and relax because the set up was PERFECT! The didn’t have to go inside and ruin anything because the outside living area was so perfect! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful experience with us

Location was great to get to beaches, surrounding restaurants are good, kitchen at the house was stocked with all kitchen supply we needed, door men were pleasant and made sure the area was safe, Lindsey was easy to get a hold of, and overall my family and I had a great time. A good place to disconnect and relax for sure. Make sure to bring books, playing cards, or other things for the down time at the house. There was some DVD movies, but we didn’t watch any of the TV’s. Great time laying in the hammock by the pool and reading was super relaxing to me.

It was an incredibly enjoyable stay! The views alone were amazing in itself. A/c in both rooms was a plus. The pool and house were well maintained as well. We will definitely be back!

We love our stay at Laura's place! Laura gave us tremendous recommendations for food that is around. And he answered us quickly, because we were going last now looking for a place to sleep. The condominium is very private and safe and those who take care of the place are very friendly. Beach access and pools are beautiful and well-targeted. Definitely recommend it for 1- 4 people!

The pictures do no justice. This is a prime location and overall a stunning property. It is well kept and ample in space. Although it is an open space with easy access to the beach, there is also a lot of privacy on the property. Very beautiful and will have to extend my next stay for sure!

Robin's place is very nice. The location is extremely convenient. Surf city is right across the street, El tunco is less than 5 minutes away and Beto’s restaurant is 5 minutes away as well. I would rate her aribnb a 4 stars but the staff was super nice, friendly and accommodating.
