Great apartment steps to the beach and surf shops. Loved having breakfast on the terrace. Cooked several meals and kitchen was well equipped. Hope to come back!

We loved Irene, her apartment and the whole town! What a beautiful location with several perfect beaches! Lots of restaurants to walk to. The apartment was amazing with a wrap around balcony with sun all day long! Easy, free parking at the building. Irene was super lovely and very helpful. She is someone you want to be friends with. A super nice stay, just as it looks and describes in the photos. Javier was very kind at all times, providing clear and precise instructions to get there as well as ease in communicating with him. The stay is very nice to spend a few days relaxing and disconnecting. It was all spotless and with the services offered. The village is small and with very little "life" perhaps also for this time of the year. We were looking for relaxation and found it. On our arrival I had the heating turned on to go acclimatizing the house, a fact of thanks since it was a little cold and also gave us a bottle of cider and typical sweets. Definitely a place to repeat.

Unbeatable stay!! The house is beautiful and very clean, with everything you need in a very quiet place. Although the weather did not accompany the house made the trip amazing, with a very cozy living room. Jesus the host is very kind and attentive at all times. Definitely a place I would repeat

We enjoyed staying at Jose’s place. The bed was extremely comfy and we found in the kitchen everything we needed. Jose brought a friend that spoke our language to make the check in process easier, that was really nice of them! Our dog absolutely loved the beach and he was able to play in the water because it is very shallow.

José has been an excellent host, he was very friendly and attentive. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and the view is mind-blowing. Repetiriamos 100%

Just to say the apartment is a gem . with amazing views and extreme cleanliness. Comfortable bed and good quality lingerie..No car needed to go down downtown although there is a slope that is not for everyone . San Vicente de la Barquera is beautiful has good walks and eats luxury. And very close to other wonderful destinations. We didn't meet Elena in person but she was careful that everything was fine for us. We will definitely be back...

We spent five days in this beautiful house, it's the same as the photos. No deceptions. It's a small house, close to everything you need. Being in suances you have a lot of place nearby to visit, Santillana del mar, San Vicente de la Boquera, Comillas.. It has a garage with no increase in the price, with direct access to the house. The house is clean and tidy. It has everything you need. Dining. Sabanas, towels, hairdryer, and even America leaves you some basic feeding stuff milk, turkey, cheese, coffee, fruit., ( this I've never seen it before) is a GREAT point. Since so when you arrive the first thing you have to do is go to enjoy no shopping! America is available for whatever you need and gives you recommendations for everything you can visit and where to eat or dine! I would definitely withdraw. It was a very wise choice. The price was within what is stipulated compared to the rest. If you don't know which one to choose. Choose America.

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with a great view, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic environment. A plus the garage space in the same building. Stay of 10. Thank you so much for your kindness Charo.

Very nice and spacious house and very nice see view. Close to all amenities of Liencres, which we also liked a lot. We had really enjoyable stay there, short, but really nice.

The accommodation is very nice with nice views, the bed and the sofas are very comfortable. the new and very practical kitchen. Cristina and Ivan were very nice and attentive to us. We were wonderful. Cristina gave us directions at all times and they were very attentive. Ivan advise us very well on which areas to visit, we listened to him and despite the bad weather were very good plans. thank you very much for everything.

Manuel's place was the perfect spot to base our stay in Cantabria. It is on a beautiful beach, walking distance to everything you need, and a short drive to so many sites. You will never run out of things to see and do! Nice to come back each day and listen to the surf. Thank you Manuel for going over and above as a host with recommendations of day trips and sites to see.

Very thoughtful host, we were with little girls and left us in the apartment the high chair, bathtub, crib… in addition to the breakfast that they leave you complimentary upon arrival. Very well located, by the day you can hear the bars below but for us it was not a lot of problem. On the beachfront, and a few minutes walk from the quotation center.

Great apartment in the center of Somo, very close to the ocean, surf schools, services and restaurants. Alvaro was very clear in the check-in instructions and very hospitable. The house was very well equipped.

Estela met us at the apartment to show us around. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well furnished with great views out over the harbour. It was quiet and very clean. There is safe car parking outside the entrance, and shops and supermarkets not far away. I would thoroughly recommend staying here as this is a wonderful place. You will not be disappointed if you stay here .. 10/10 Estela, Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay, it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed and was close to the beach, we had a lovely time and hope to come back again.

A very pleasant stopover to discover Comillas and its surroundings. The accommodation is clean, the beds very comfortable, the heating is very nice with the cool end of the fall. Maria was very professional active with very clear check-in instructions and very responsive when we needed to solicit her.

Sandra has always been very friendly, was quick to respond, and was very flexible to facilitate the entrance and exit of the apartment. Everything was very clean, very nice and tidy. Very welcoming Living room has an amazing window. I really felt right at home. I didn't have any complaints or missed anything, it has everything you need.
