You would not imagine the beauty awaiting you up 5 flights of stairs. One of the best views in Havana. You have to understand, though, that you are in the middle of a residential street in Cuba with all the hustle, bustle and problems of living in Cuba. If you want hermetically sealed, this might not be your spot. If you want to be amongst regular Cubans and still steps from all the tourist destinations then you would be hard pressed to find better.

This place was great- Susi is so nice helpful and kind. We felt welcomed by the neighbors and were comfortable here. Great view of the bay and spot to people watch if you want to get away from the Havana hustle bustle

The place was stunning, very well appointed and great design touches. Hot water with large shower and two beautiful balconies that overlooked the national hotel and the ocean. The neighborhood has great restaurants nearby and accesible with taxis to havana centro. Great AC in the bedroom. Highly recommend this stay! Enjoy Cuba ;)

Alessandro was the best host we could ask for! Helpful with anything we needed! Guided us in things to do and helped us book places! Even set up a salsa class for us! Place was safe and secure too!

Mr Navi and his team once again proved just how great they are After a minor unexpected issue was encountered upon arrival they mustered all their efforts and quickly and professionally handled it. They went WAY above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Only a professional who truly cares about his clients would go to these lengths to make sure we’re were comfortable, satisfied and also happy I travel extensively and must admit that if everyone ran their operation like Mr Navi did well travel would be a dream (un sueño) Specia thanks to Yayme. Absolutely beautiful views. Very nice having separate bedrooms and living area. Easily walkable to attractions. Very nice balcony. We extended our initial stay by 2 days and Maria offered without asking an additional maid service at no charge. We declined as the apartment was still spotless. Air conditioning and internet were excellent! We wanted to stay here again when we returned to Havana from travels to other cities, but, alas, the apartment was not available for the days we needed.

This was my ninth trip to Cuba since 2016 and my ninth trip staying at this particular air BNB. The host and the entire family is always so friendly, helpful, amazing food and just an over all amazing experience. I love staying here and will continue to stay here each time I visit. It is walking distance or a quick ferry ride or quick taxi / bus ride to so many fun things to do. Pablo also is a fantastic tour guide if you choose to have him take you around. Very knowledgeable of Cuba and the history, always picks the best restaurants and activities to do while there. His aunt is an amazing cook if you get the chance to have her cook for you and makes the best juices. This is one of my favorites places to come visit and to stay. Thank you to Pablo and his family for always being amazing.

This was our first time visiting Cuba. The way Yanin and her team made sure that we had everything we needed was impeccable. There was a lovely lady called Annel, who was always available for us. She prepared lovely and fresh food, made sure to reserve trustworthy taxi drivers, made restaurant suggestions and made the reservations for us. Our rooms were kept super tidy and the rest of the staff was also very welcoming. Very impressed on how attentive they were to our needs. They really go the extra mile. It was a little haven of peace. We won't forget the beautiful sunsets, freshly made plantain chips with Cuba Libre, sea eagles flying over the water and watching the fishermen's boats glide by. If you're looking for a peaceful place where you can disconnect for a while, look no further than Yanin's place.
