I liked the place, it was warm and soundproofed. Perfect for meeting inside the living room or on the balcony. Both the entrance and exit was quick and simple which I do.

It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

The stay was wonderful, easily accessible , but above all very close to the direct entrance to the beach. The garage helped us a lot to be quiet with the safety of the car. Recommended 100%

Already booking again! Really nice flat with everything you need, great facilities in the complex. Its more like a type of condo you see in Playa del Carmen. Pools in the building are great, better than in the photos. Host was great, super easy to deal with and seamless check in.

Absolutely phenomenal place. I loved the concept of having the normal room and bathroom but everything else open in the terrace. I felt free every time I left my room. It’s greatly located next to markets, bodegas, botica, restaurants and bakeries. It’s around 15 minutes from the beach so if you love the ocean like me, you will love it. 100% I would recommend it and I will be staying here again, the next time I come to Peru.

The place was exactly as depicted in the pictures and the Host was very reliable and easy to communicate with. It was a great place to stay for New Year’s holidays.

Amazing place to spend a few days relaxing. Plus, Beatriz is super attentive to any needs. The house is really well-equipped and has everything you need to just enjoy. Markets are less than 10 minutes away. Definitely a highly recommended spot to enjoy with friends or family.

We went with a group of friends to enjoy the beaches for a weekend and the duplex was amazing 😊 the apartment instructions were super helpful and we love that it is very well equipped! We would definitely stay there again another time.

Great place to enjoy an ocean view vacation. This is the second time my family and I have spent several days in the apartment, and it's the best. The view is second to none, the way down to the playa chica is almost direct. Another advantage is the position of the apartment in relation to the sun, since from half a day onwards there is a nice shade on the balcony.

The vistas through all the tall glass doors are fantastic. The floorplan is open, allowing a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped. Potable water was provided. There was plenty of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The photos and description are as-is and more. I went with all my family, elderly people with reduced mobility and a small dog. It was very easy to access the beach and the seawall because the condominium has elevators. Direct access to the beach Beautiful gardens, sauna, jacuzzi, play area, gym, yoga room, all very easy to access, just with the bracelet that give you on entry. The pools are the best. Pool with bar and restaurant, family pool and a children's pool. The pools face the ocean directly. We were able to take big pictures of the sunset from there. We will definitely be back! 🤗 Monica is an excellent host. Lots of kindness, flexibility and understanding on your part. Nahaim and the condominium management staff were also very helpful and friendly. The place exceeded our expectations 🤩

The photos don't do the Édgar apartment justice. In person, the apartment looks much better. It has excellent ocean views, quick access to the beach. The apartment has everything to be there for several days. We had some problems with the light but they were resolved quickly. If I would come back and recommend it so other people can take advantage of it 🙌🏼

We were on wedding anniversary and it seemed formidable, we felt very comfortable, the surveillance and reception of the first is very friendly and attentive are first, the first time the building is impeccable, the ideal internal parking just as I wanted it and the depa itself, the maximum, complete and ready to use first, we really enjoyed it very much and I would not hesitate to take it again twice, thank you host for your attention, dedication and services, we were very happy and we took a beautiful memory, we did not go wrong!!!!

Reviews don't lie, it deserves a minimum of 10 stars. 5 stars to the depa, excellently located, the staff of the super-supported building, beautiful, in the few days I was with my family, we felt right at home. 5 stars for Gladys, always decisive, before all our doubts and ahead of our needs; as soon as he found out that we were going with our baby, he provided us with a special, attentive and understanding chair.  If you plan to spend a few days in Barranco alone, as a couple or family do not think about it anymore. This is really a better choice of all, don't hesitate.
