Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Platte River

Was spacious and had many places to gather. Fenced in yard was great for the dog! Definitely a good place to stay with pets. Had a bit of an issue with a piece of furniture breaking, but Phil was gracious and replaced it ASAP. Thanks again!

This beautiful clean Airbnb was perfect for a family gathering. It’s in the country so it’s very private, and there was some wild turkeys to entertain us.

We had a great time! Was a great place for kids to stay big backyard and also great for pets! If you are wanting a fun weekend stay in Kearney this is the place to stay. The instructions were clear and easy. The home provided everything needed for a fun, relaxing stay.

We loved this place! The home was very accessible to many activities and was perfect for our stay over Thanksgiving week while we visited family. This is a wonderful place to stay! Right between Red Cloud and Hastings. It has everything you need and so much more so many extras. Three adorable cats will greet you when you get there and it’s very quiet and peaceful. We loved all the decorations and attention to detail. Very accommodating house would definitely love to stay longer.!

Last stop on our 4500 mile cross country move. This is a cozy cottage. Quiet and peaceful allowed for a restful nights sleep. Ample parking with room to not have to back up with trailers in tow. James and Candice were responsive and flexible with our after midnight arrival. Enjoyed our stay, wish it could have been longer. I do recommend following the directions provided from host and look at an aerial map like Google maps prior to arrival as I’ve seen comments about getting lost but had no trouble finding the place by just looking at the map online.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, quiet, and just as described. Very conveniently located and there were lots of local recommendations listed on the house information sheets. It was nice to have a full kitchen, and everything we needed was provided. The hosts were responsive, even though it was a holiday. We'll definitely try to stay again the next time we're in town!

PERFECT in every way!! We live just across town but needed more room to host out of town guests at our house. Will definitely stay again when the our house fills up and we need more room for people to sleep!! Recommend the place 💯 %!

This is the second time I've stayed at Jessica's apartment, and it was great! You will not find a better value for a lovely, new, high-quality, clean, comfortable Air BnB in Lincoln. The apartment is in a very new complex, which was quiet, attractive and very well maintained in a lovely neighborhood with quick access to downtown Lincoln and I-80. Love, love, love the fact there is an attached garage with private entrance to the unit! Big kitchen with huge island, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, huge closets, lovely bathrooms. The fact I was able to bring my husband and my dog with me on a business trip was excellent, and we stayed over the weekend to visit friends and family since the price was so reasonable. Jessica also managed to get us a box fan per my request - we both sleep with a fan, and we forgot to pack ours. By the time we got to the unit that evening, she'd had a fan brought in. Just a great stay all the way around.

BEST BED EVER! Goldilocks would approve. I have back issues and was stiff after my travels - but the combination of good support and soft top on this bed made me feel instantly better. (It's in the top 1% of all beds, hotel or other.) I rate the bed as my favorite part of the stay and the kitchen / internet as my second favorite. I was able to work at the bar-top counter and do video calls with ease, either sitting or standing, and have a cup of coffee at hand from the Keurig machine. I'm a repeat visitor because parking is easy, location is wonderful, and I can stock foods in the full-sized fridge. This is a very private location, windows face to a grassy/tree area.

We had a very pleasant stay in Omaha over the Thanksgiving holiday. Kerri was very co-operative with any questions we had. We especially were grateful for the well appointed kitchen and appliances that helped made our stay enjoyable.

Staying in Omaha was so much fun thanks to Jim. They were so flexible with our flights. The space had everything we could need especially since we like to cook! Kitchen was amazing! And the backyard space was so helpful.

Beautiful apartment with many extra amenities. Travis is a wonderful host, very easy to reach and responds quickly. Very easy to get in the building and apartment with Travis’ detailed instructions. Walkable to many bars and restaurants. Comfy bed and plenty of room to relax We would definitely stay again

Second time I’ve stayed at one of Merrys places. Once again it was great. Exactly as described and felt like home away from home. Will for sure be staying here again next time I’m in town.

Perfect location, well stocked kitchen, & great views. Good communication, detailed instructions, & host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend.

Amazing, unique experience. We had 14 stay in penthouse and 16 rent hotels nearby. All 30 were together on the roof for a pre-Husker tailgate and family photos. Incredibly, it didn’t feel crowded. There is a full kitchen and a couple of half kitchens. There are two living room spaces. The place is huge and beautifully finished with a nod to the original design. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Only two bedrooms had attached bathrooms leaving 3 near bedrooms and one far bedroom to share 2 full bathrooms. Challenging for food delivery due to lack of parking and difficulty finding location. The parking isn’t great - 1 spot for 3 mid-sized or small vehicles - but there is nearby parking. Lesson learned - we should’ve arranged to park 2 of our 5 cars offsite before we got there on a football weekend. Although the place is AMAZING it did feel a bit pricey given lack of parking and difficulty finding it, but great stay all in all to make memories we’ll never forget.

Wow! This condo is stunning and in an amazing location. We had three couples stay here for a Husker game weekend and we enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed our time. The rooms are spacious, as are the common areas. We loved the private outdoor rooftop area. What a gem!

The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

I love the balcony and how u can sit out there and enjoy the fresh air in the morning.
