Very clean, bright, quiet, comfortable and very well located apartment in the heart of a very pleasant village. The proximity to the church is not an inconvenience as the bells don't ring at night. Lots of tips and information about the area. Thank you Carole for your kindness, the humor of your reviews in the apartment book, the care of the details and the cleanliness of your cozy nest. The place is like what is presented and is nicely located: the beach is a stone's throw away, the large glass window overlooks a green and pretty park. The studio is very clear, the terrace is very large, the furniture and all the appliances are functional and the TV is a good device too. There is a bedroom with a queen bed. In the living room there is also a sofa bed for two people. These two areas are separated by a long, high wardrobe. However, you should not rely on real privacy in both spaces. The whole has a nice Breton atmosphere. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to reach the port and its shops (restaurants, pharmacy, post office...). A great market is close by (approx. 10 min. walk). Fredric was extremely accommodating and is very friendly. One regret for me there is no wifi. I highly recommend this place for what it is.

This accommodation for 2 is located 10 minutes from the port (by e-bike). So convenient. Very close to a supermarket. Clean and functional accommodation for 2 people. It is located in the garden, and next to the house (also rented but larger). We did not use the outdoor jacuzzi (but it was ready and functional according to the host).

Nice little house in a quiet environment. Big garden, the dog enjoyed! Very well equipped, we missed nothing. The location is ideal just a 15min drive from Concarneau as well as 20min from Pont Aven! I would recommend it!
