Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Piúma

The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

Excellent accommodation, exceeded expectations. Great barbecue area, ocean view, full kitchen. Andre always answered our questions quickly. Very well located, we didn't even take the car out of the garage. I definitely recommend it.

First, I would like to congratulate Juliana, this property is excellent, perfect location, very clean apartment, extremely comfortable and well decorated, all the utensils you need are there, nothing was missing, there is nothing to improve in the apartment, in addition, for my taste it is located on the best beach in Espírito Santo.

Our stay at the house was wonderful! Maria is a sweetheart of a person! We were received by her parents, who are extremely nice and even made a coffee table with a wonderful cake! Extremely clean house and has just about every utensil! Great house! Everything was great!

Casa e Incvel, the very pleasant place, I love nature, being able to have this contact with the nearby lagoon, the beach, the very airy house, was incredible. The house has a leisure area with barbecue pool, very complete to be able to do several things, I believe that I have never had as much fun as on these days. Victor and an incredible person, always anticipating himself, I didn't need to contact him for nothing, as everything was in perfect condition, I'm quite looking forward to coming back again.

The house is beautiful, clean bedding, everything clean and fragrant, it had everything in the house that we needed for a stay without complications, the highlight is the pool area, we had a barbecue and enjoyed the pool, which was very well maintained, the water was super clean, we didn't get hot, because it has air-conditioning in every room in the house! Both Carolina and Dona Ana (who is the one who receives us at the house) were very helpful and welcoming. The house was extremely clean and organized. Cozy, airy, spacious place, has a large balcony and a garage that is also spacious. My family really liked it!

Co-host Eunice was super responsive, polite and courteous; she gave all the support and information. The house meets the description , having all the features in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The location for the cost benefit serves, as it allows facial car access to beaches such as Castelhanos, Iriri, piuma, guanabara and tour to guarapari. Everything went in peace, and the hosts were 10!

Impeccable place, easy to locate and close to everything(pharmacies, restaurants, 24hrs supermarket and bakeries). Dona Eduarda always requests, receptive and friendly with us. The house was clean, organized, and with all the necessary belongings. We like it very much and recommend it!

It is well worth the accommodation. It is extremely close to the beach, just a corner away from the beach of the hill, very well located. The extra good market is practically next door, not to mention the markets and restaurants. The apartment was impeccable with clean and overcomes the photos of the ad. We were very happy and satisfied with the comfort, with the location, with everything that the apt provided. Too much worth it! My family was delighted. We went in a group of 8 people and a baby and it was all very quiet and tasty. We stayed 9 days.
