We have had an excellent time. The apartment is well located, very close to the beach. Karina always attentive and easy to access. The photos exactly reflect the reality. The structure of the condominium is wonderful, with several pools and toys and a great garage. I highly recommend it and plan to come back.

I've stayed in the apartment before. It's excellent! Very well located. I always get it well cleaned. The apartment is complete, large, very well equipped with kitchenware and very comfortable. And the pool is very large and tasty, the kids love it. The apartment's beach chairs are guarded by a staff at Pitangueiras beach, which makes everything much more practical. And the host Décio is a great, accessible person who answers you promptly if you have any questions. I always have great times during this stay. I recommend it.

I took my parents to meet Guarujá, and I was looking for a quiet place that was complete and there was a pool, I found this in Hassan's apartment. The apartment is consistent with everything according to the announcement, when we arrive there we are surprised positively with an apartment, the cleaning of the place, a spacious gourmet balcony with a great barbecue, the condominium is complete with a dry sauna, a huge pool, well-equipped grocery, laundry, a very good supermarket next to the condominium we don't even need to use a car, for those who are looking for a complete location with all these amenities, I'm sure, Hassan is very helpful and always responded quickly. We will return more often for sure.

Well the location is wonderful had already been in other apartments in the same location and so I opted for it. Everything was very clean. The condominium is super beautiful and the sea view in the pool is spectacular. I just missed a place to extend wet clothes (towels and bikinis), but Karina bought a small robe and sent me to the ap, helped! The air-conditioning in the room was not working, I even thought it was a pile but it wasn't, but I spoke to her and she informed me that it really wasn't, just the bedrooms. It wasn't too hot so it was quiet. Overall everything went really well I recommend it.
