We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. From start to finish everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Xiomara was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The location was perfect, with restaurants, bars and access to the beach. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Xiomara and their property highly enough. Thank you so much for a memorable stay-we will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay here! The unit is very spacious, super clean and in a quiet complex. We lost power when on the island and the community is equipped with a generator, so we never missed a beat. Our stay was amazing! Loved having coffee on the porch in the morning and swimming at the pool! Thank you for an amazing stay in PR!

This place was fantastic. Gorgeous beach views, and within walking distance to various coffee shops, dining, more beach, and shopping. Once you get the hang on the roads and the building, it’s pretty seamless and a really great spot. The condo was clean, matched the photos and was beautiful. It contained thoughtful touches like beach chairs, towels, a little cooler and all needing cookware. Being able to do a load of laundry is awesome. Highly recommend!

The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures. The view is amazing and there is a gorgeous beach right downstairs and other beaches not far away!

Jaime was a wonderful host, the place was very clean and well taken care of. The balcony had a very nice view of the beach and was well worth the price I paid! I just wish I could have spent more time there!

My husband and I came to PR for business and personal. We wanted an authentic experience and a safe haven to vacay to. Eric's place IS the place to stay. The current reviews are accurate. We were in a residential neighborhood where animals roam but are not disrespectful ☺️. Eric's place is in a gated community. When we walked through the neighborhood to local store and restaurants, we felt safe and everyone was nice. Language is bi lingual. Eric's place is placed in a prime location - Luquillo where the beaches are clean and the view is breathtaking!! Eric was responsive to requests within hours. I appreciated how he asked if his team was allowed to come in even if we were not going to be there - very mindful and we appreciated that. My husband and I did not rent a car because we had other transportation arrangements but a car is recommended if you want to tour and do off site activities. Eric was a major part of our Puerto Rico awakening. We will be back ✨

Thanks to Victoria's fantastic place, my family and I had an incredible birthday trip to Puerto Rico. Its prime location allowed us to easily explore everything we wanted - the rainforest, Luquillo's Kiosks, and stunning beaches were just minutes away. Victoria's apartment was immaculate, well-equipped, and perfect for our fun-filled adventure. The pool was an excellent bonus, offering breathtaking views. With ample space and privacy for the four of us, it felt like our home away from home. We're already planning our next trip back. She communicates well and is very pleasant.

Great location-- walkable to La Pared (some cute restaurants and outdoor music) and Luquillo Beach. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and the bed was very comfy! As others have mentioned, getting how water in the shower is unpredictable, but at least we knew ahead of time. Hosts were extremely responsive, which I appreciated very much.

We had a great stay! Katiana's place was a short walk to the beach. There was a GREAT little bakery (Panderri) just 3 mins walk down the street and around the corner. We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms, and having a washer/dryer was wonderful. Super convenient to the beach and El Yunque. Hope we can come back soon!

We loved Gabriel’s place. The views of the ocean were amazing, the place was just steps from the beach, from the kiosks in Luquillo, and from other great restaurants in Luquillo. Parking was easy, the apartment was clean, it all felt very safe, and Gabriel was a very helpful and communicative host! We’d definitely recommend!

This place was perfect! The home was very clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views. Omar was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. Each bedroom was clean and the AC felt great after hot days in the sun. The pool was nice and the neighbors were friendly. The location on the beach was unbeatable! I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Luquillo.

We were a group of 6 women for my friend's bachelorette. The location is unbeatable being so close to Luquillo Beach but also having your own private beach view. We couldn't access the private beach because of the high tide and rocks, but the view is stunning. And the place had everything we needed except an oven. The only thing to note is that the place was smaller than I had expected from the photos. Mainly the living/dining/kitchen combo room which is small but this didn't really affect us because we were out of the place most of the time. Also, the bunkbeds aren't too comfortable with 2 adults in the bottom bunk which is to be expected. I think this place would be absolutely perfect for a couple with their kids or a small group (4-5 max). I would definitely stay here again with a smaller group.

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

100% would stay at Patty's place again! Immediately we all were struck by the cleanliness and beauty. The patio directly overlooks the ocean and the breeze it creates is stunning. Patty was incredibly responsive and super friendly, with excellent recommendations, you feel her love for Puerto Rico immediately. Everything we needed was there! (boogie boards, beach blankets, bags, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and more). Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We felt very safe walking around, everyone we met was super nice and had a great vibe - same with security guards. Driving from airport was easy (we had been nervous for it, but no need) the couple streets into the condo were very narrow but not busy, so easily manageable. Drive to El Yunque was also much easier than we anticipated - as well as drive to Fajardo for Hacienda Chocolat tour and separately our snorkeling excursion to Icaco Island. Thank you Patty for an amazing week of memories.

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay! You can see that everything around the place was thought of. The kitchen had a lot of appliances, tools, spices. There was some sunscreen and a bug spray by the door. The beds were spacious and comfy, we appreciated the clean towels and bright rooms. Our only issue was with the bathroom - the toilet downstairs did not flush sometimes and the bath seemed to be a little clogged, but we only stayed for 2 days, so I did not raise the concerns to Diane about it. The place had beach towels and some beach equipment as well. The location was great and we enjoyed how walkable it was! So many restaurants and shops around, the beach is right there. I would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed our stayed at Pemela’s place, the view was amazing, the room was just what we needed it, nothing fancy just a bed, chairs, dinner table, etc everything you need to survive a week or more. The location has a lot of things to do and of course the beach is just a few steps away (more than a few to be honest), be ready to climb stairs, we didn’t mind it because the view was more than I can describe, sleeping with the balcony door open and listening to the ocean was worth every step we took, plus we got a little bit activity after eating all the good food. Overall we had a great week and were sad to leave, but we’re already planning to go back soon. Luquillo is a nice place to stay, a lot of stuff to do, Luquillo food kiosks are the best. We can honestly say we didn’t have one bad/rude interaction the whole week we were in PR .. SIDE NOTE: don’t forget to stop at the little bar before you get to the gate, not sure if they sell food all day but the beers are only $2..

Lily was a great host. The apartment was clean with a lovely, unobstructed sunrise view over the ocean from the 15th floor. It’s a quick walk from downtown Loquillo. The security staff on-site were super friendly and helpful, too! The building itself is in need of extensive repairs. Only one of the two elevators worked and it was dodgy. The balcony railing is rusted through at key structural points. A new elevator was being installed in the shaft that was not in service. Hopefully the railing will be addressed soon, as well.

This place was an absolute dream! Waking up to the sound of waves and having the ocean just steps away was pure paradise. The view was breathtaking—sunrises and sunsets right over the water felt like something out of a movie. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell the hosts truly care about the guest experience—communication was smooth, and every detail was thoughtfully planned out. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and that magical Puerto Rican charm, this is the spot. I’m already planning my return!

This place was great. All of the amenities listed were as described. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The days we were there we had some clouds and rain therefore the pool felt a bit cold and the jacuzzi did not have hot water. This is more on the maintenance of the building i belive not the host. It would have been nice but the view made up for it 1000%. The apartment was nice, had plenty of room, beautiful kitchen, really nice balcony to enjoy the views and amazing breeze. PR lost power for several hours and Tania reached out to us immediately to give us additional instructions to navigate the situation. Luckily, the complex has generators so literally other than a quick flicker of the lights its all we noticed. Everything worked in the apartment as if nothing was happening. This was a PLUS! The apartment has everything you need to stay in or to go out from chairs, coolers, toys for the beach or pool! Really loved our stay. Great location to everything you need to do in PR.

We had a great stay! I came with my husband and 2 adult children for a wedding in Rio Grande and staying at Yohany’s place was just right. It was about 45min. from the San Juan airport, close to the wedding venue and easy access to highway 3 which took you to many restaurants, local towns, beaches, rainforest and more. We came the day of the massive blackout but Yohany communicated and reassured us through text that the place had electricity because the condo complex had generators. She also called later that night to make sure all was ok. Her place was just as stated. My family and I were very happy with the accommodations. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and organized. There was a beautiful view from living room and master bedroom. The pool area was also a plus as well as the elevator. I had knee replacement surgery a few months before so the elevator came in handy. I would surely stay here again. I highly recommend.Thank-you Yohany for being a great host

Great location, beach is right behind, el yunque, Carabali, Fajardo cinemas, places to eat, los Kiosk is de Luquillo, Ceiba, medical centers, supermarkets, pharmacy everything no more than 10-15 minutes away. The apartment has all basics, very clean and feels cozy. Building is being worked in as areas of needed attention where everything else just wins this as value for money is 100% there. Thanks to host for extra help when needed and very available.
