A very nice place to disconnect with friends or family. The pool is very well cared for and the environments of the house as well. The place is easily accessible, ample parking space, cool and quiet atmosphere. The only thing I can observe is that we were not clear on how to use the shower with hot water, so it was only used with cold water, but there was no bigger problem. It was still a very nice experience.

The house is so cute and spacious, and absolutely loved the quiet beachfront location! On the flipside, a bit difficult to find at first, and it helped us to have a phone number of a local taxi driver to coordinate pickups. Overall we had a very relaxing, comfortable stay.

Great place to stay. Beach front, as is 3 mt. Nightclub music in the evenings does not affect rest, they close early, well the internal acoustics of the house. Quiet area, the garden for the pets, very good, its grill space and table in the garden. In the day, going out to the sea and walking, super nice, all the fun services of the beach are in front. 100 points.

I was at the place for 2 nights for my mom's birthday and they welcomed us with a surprise for her. The place is very nice, the guardians super pending. I exceeded expectations, we had the pool at our disposal, the grill, everything super clean and organized and 5 minutes by car to the restaurants, we charm us and we plan to return very soon.

Beautiful environment, everything was spotless and well-equipped. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Gladis was extremely friendly and attentive. The house was just like the photos, even better. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

A very tidy , clean , cute house as the photos indicated, the view of the sea is spectacular , it is a very quiet area with little traffic, practically the beach area was for us and two more neighboring houses, I recommend taking aquashoes, if or if going on your own mobility, there is nothing close to the house or a single store, but the house and the area in general were highly recommended, it served to disconnect us , I would go back with family , we had a great time, thank you Fatima

Renan was easy to communicate with, and the space was lovely. The grounds were pristine and it was a gorgeous sunset and sunrise at the location. However, I would take note that the pin on the map on the listing is not accurate. It was 25 minutes away from the center of Ica, and there’s nothing walkable from the property. Everything else, and most importantly, Carlos, the groundskeeper, was absolutely amazing. Carlos was the highlight of the stay for sure!
