Vacation rentals with a patio in Piracaia

With an incredible price, the studio is beautiful and functional. The location is excellent for those who want to be close to the main cultural points of São Paulo. The building is comfortable, extremely secure and offers various services to guests, such as luggage compartment, laundry and swimming pool. The hostess, Dani, is very proactive and attentive. It was one of the best calls I've received since I started using Airbnb.

Impeccable! The space was extremely clean, organized and smelling. The location is perfect, in the central part of the city. The host was totally attentive and kind, making our stay very quiet. The apartment perfectly met our expectations, with super comfortable beds, clean and new clothing, the kitchen with everything we could possibly need, plus a delicious shower. We feel very comfortable and very well served. We hope to return to this same home again and again. Thank you Anderson!

We stayed 6 days in the studio, all working well and as described, only the hairdryer did not find and the broom to clean the environment. The condominium very well equipped as already described! We had a problem with the kitchen sink that was clogged. Thank you Vanessa!

Great location, close to everything is a very safe place. The house is modern and the amphritria responds and resolves everything quickly. We will be back.

Ricardo was attentive, always helpful, giving indications. The road to the house is paved. Proxima ( 2km ) of Cachoeira dos Pretos e Encantada which is paved road as well. Do you know that fresh mountain air? The house for being a place, has great space, clean, airy, with 3 bathrooms, 3 double beds and bunk bed, very quiet and a green showwheat landscape, barbecue space and the kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, utensils, even detergent, sponge and blender. Pasme! to Netflix rs. Swing and pool. The covers were smelling softener and the pillows clean. All thought with affection. It is also worth going to the Hidden Waterfall, access for children. It was 4 days of rest and recovery of energy, we already miss that happy corner and when we can we want to return!! It was worth it( Denise, Dani and Maju )

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, they made us feel at home. The quiet and safe environment even for children and pregnant women. Many things to do, the day goes by flying so good that it is to be there. i recommend 100%, and we will come back one day.

Our stay was very quiet. Samuel was already waiting for us when we arrived. Communication was very quick. The house was tidy and clean! Various cooking utensils and electros. My puppies adapted quickly with the garden and throughout the house , plenty of space for them to circulate. Certeza we will recommend!!

Awesome hosting! Host Rodrigo always gets the questions right away. His father received us and practically took a tour of the house. That's right, the house is quite big so he showed all the spaces we could enjoy. The house and the view outweigh what we see in the photos. In relation to appliances has everything you need, has bedding and the cleaning is impeccable. We will definitely be hosting again.
