The stay at Anderson's apartment was wonderful! The apartment was spotless, with absolutely everything that made our stay amazing. The location is excellent! We will definitely return more often!

We love the stay! Everything very close, always busy place so it's very quiet to walk there! The metro just a few meters away then makes it VERY easy. I will definitely come back more often and I will prioritize the site!

Manoela’s apartment has been the highlight of my trip to Sao Paulo. It is the perfect apartment for a couple or solo travelling, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and to top it off is in the most beautiful area that is near the centre while still being safe and residential. My favorite bakery and cafe is one block away, as well as the Patio Higienopolis and so many other great shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and luminous. The building is an architectural jewel and the energy from the entrance to the apartment, the bathroom etc everything is just magical. If you have the chance, you should definitely book this apartment. Cannot overstate the happiness and comfort it brought me and having experienced manyy other airbnbs in the city, I can safely say this is the best you can find. Thanks Manoela for everything and for the clear communication throughout.

I highly recommend the apartment! Just like the listing! It served me and my family super well ( two adults and two children). Well divided space, all new and super clean, the bed linen smelled!! Excellent stay. Apartment very well located. The Owner responds quickly to our demands. Large Academy in the building. Very secure building. Building located opposite the Pão de Açúcar Supermercado, and a 10-minute walk from Ibirapuera Park. Excellent lodging.

Very quiet stay. We stayed to go to a show at Allianz Parque and it was very good, it is very close to the subway, it has nearby restaurants, grocery store and many features. The studio is very comfortable and clean. A highlight is the good soundproofing, even with the noise of the city and the street, when we close the balcony you don't hear anything.

It was very good to stay in Rebeca's apartment, we were greeted with chocolate and complimentary coffee 🥰 place exactly as in the most beautiful photos in person still ❤️ very cozy and quiet… compliments only!! Thank you very much 😍🥰

The communication was very good. The environment is small but functional. All items work well, wi-fi, smart tv, air-conditioning, etc. The shower is a delight and the sinks have hot water. I recommend ♥️

Great location, close to everything is a very safe place. The house is modern and the amphritria responds and resolves everything quickly. We will be back.

I would like to thank Daniel, who was always agile and helpful from the time of booking until check out. The house is excellent, exactly as advertised. It provides a lot of peace and quiet. We were 3 guests and 1 pet, and there was nothing missing, quite the opposite, all spectacular. It is approximately 3 km from the center of Serra Negra, within easy access. I would definitely recommend it.

Ricardo was attentive, always helpful, giving indications. The road to the house is paved. Proxima ( 2km ) of Cachoeira dos Pretos e Encantada which is paved road as well. Do you know that fresh mountain air? The house for being a place, has great space, clean, airy, with 3 bathrooms, 3 double beds and bunk bed, very quiet and a green showwheat landscape, barbecue space and the kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, utensils, even detergent, sponge and blender. Pasme! to Netflix rs. Swing and pool. The covers were smelling softener and the pillows clean. All thought with affection. It is also worth going to the Hidden Waterfall, access for children. It was 4 days of rest and recovery of energy, we already miss that happy corner and when we can we want to return!! It was worth it( Denise, Dani and Maju )

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

The house is a quiet nook, all the surrounding nature, the tranquility, the house is perfect for enjoying the pool on sunny days, enjoying the fireplace on cold nights and even enjoying the rainy days with the whole glass room, hearing and seeing the rain falling outside on the sofa coziness was wonderful. On Saturday we had sun until 3pm and we were able to enjoy the pool very well. My children loved it, because in addition to the large pool, there is a small one for those who do not yet know how to swim!

My family and I had an amazing weekend. In addition to being presented with a beautiful landscape the place is very cozy. Sérgio and his employees were very attentive. It's well worth it!!

Second time we stay in this perfect place, the place is even better than in the photos, we'll be back as soon as possible.

It was all wonderful! Cíntia is a sweetheart who answered all the doubts I had, super attentive. The clear and airy space, the noise of the avenue does not disturb when it leaves the window closed due to the sound insulation... great to rest, escape from the routine or even to work, a quiet place!

The apartment is very beautiful and has new and modern furniture. All very clean and impeccable. Our experience in Sao Paulo was wonderful and much of it was the comfort we stayed in this ap. Gilson was very solicited and always responded very quickly. Super recommend to everyone.

Sensational , extremely neat and neat , hosts score 10 and fast, easy check in and building safe and with polite staff. The region really is the best of SP , with restaurants, theaters , shop ( Shop Frei Caneca at 100 mts) , bars, markets and families. In short , the best Airbnb we've ever stayed with, as everything in the listing is note 10 , bed, shower, bedding , pillows .....outside that has a great refrigerator, washer and dryer , utensils and the best , all kept and cleaned .
