Skots West Villa is a very nicely renovated house. Pictures don't do justice to give the full feel of this home. This house listing is for the lower floor of a two-unit duplex. Centrally located, it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the zoo. Great living area and memory foam beds.

Our entire homes location is close to Sanford, Avera, Midco Aquatic Center, and the Premier Center with access all over the city! Come spend a night or more, and enjoy your time in our home and city!

Good place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet. Even had a few squirrels and a bunny running around the yard. Close by the mall so you have easy access to shopping and restaurants. WiFi worked very well for a few video calls I had to do as well as for the TV. Did not have a dedicated workspace as listed, but was still able to make it work. Climate control worked well, off street parking was great. I would say the place is best for those looking to get out and do things more than staying in. It was an excellent value and I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
