The house is very complete in utensils , comfortable, privacy and safety also caught the attention. The leisure spaces are wonderful. The house is located very close to other beaches such as Sonho beach and Embau Guard, we got Uber easily on the days we need it. There are several markets nearby. It was worth the stay. Paulo, Bianca and Gilberto were super considerate.

Elisete was very attentive to us and polite. The house is very comfortable and close to the beach and a market. The house is very comfortable, with a wonderful outdoor area (it has full kitchen and barbecue near the pool). It has two large bedrooms with large lockers as well. Two bathrooms, one indoor and other near the pool. The living room has a 50-inch flat-screen TV with SKY, as well as a sofa bed with two mattresses and another sofa. The indoor kitchen has a microwave, electric oven, induction cooker and duplex fridge. In the building near the pool has one more bed, tank and washing machine. It also has five beach chairs with cart turning table and a sun umbrella. The pool is well taken care of by Elisete, with chlorine application in the week. There are two swimming pool chairs for sunbathing. Electronic Gate and well closed and safe house. Windows with screen to avoid mosquitoes. Elisete like animals, we bring two dogs and a cat. We were treated very well.

Fabiano's house is excellent, very well equipped, comfortable and organized. The condominium is also incredible, with all the structure that allowed us to spend a very pleasant week in the stay. And Fabiano always very helpful and kind, concerned with meeting us in everything... Note 10!

I recommend...the house the accommodations and exactly as it is in the photos, Mr.:Ricardo always helpful ,just a suggestion that eh I think is missing and a faucet or a little shower for us to be able to wash our feet before going inside.

Excellent experience! I stay with my family, with 2 small girls (6 people in total). The house is beautiful and very cozy, it has many areas to rest and enjoy as a family, especially the pool, which is suitable for small children. The house is very well equipped, with everything you might need. Zenaide's attention, the host is excellent, she was always attentive to answer our questions, from the time of booking until we left, she is very friendly and close. Our stay was great. The house matched the pictures. It was very clean and tidy. In previous evaluations I read that the kitchen was a bit deafened, which does not correspond to reality, because in the kitchen there is the necessary equipment for a stay at the beach. Bathrooms are new and clean. The bedding was new, as was the pillows. We will certainly return to the house.

Great choice for our family. We love it. It is a 10 minute walk to the center of the Guarda and about 5-10 minutes by car to Pinheira. The accommodation is great. We do not miss anything, especially cleaning and host service. Quiet place, in tune with Guarda. Thanks, Matheus!

Mari’s place was everything that an Airbnb should be. A lovely place, well appointed, and in a great location. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Floripa.

The house has a strategic location above the beach, with viewpoints in different planes that allow you to see the immensity of the sea in various perspectives. FULLY equipped and conditioned for a comfortable and relaxed stay. (Paraguayan hammocks, beach silettes, 2 grills, a rooftop and one in the open air) WiFi of excellence. The bathrooms have hot water and very good water pressure in the showers. The fully-functioning kitchen FREE parking for 2 vehicles a block away. Both Jessica and her mother are always attentive and well arranged to any requirement. It is a true paradise and of course it is that after having traveled this experience in LA JOAQUINA, at the time of renting the bara it is very high. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

The house is extremely comfortable, very complete and clean. The rooms and beds are very comfortable! The pool and balcony area is very well decorated! The House has a great infrastructure, has beach chairs, sun umbrellas, hammocks... etc... It has exceeded expectations. Lugar is quiet and quiet! We love the stay. The house is the same as the descriptions! Gustavo always ready to meet us before and during our stay! We can't use the whole house, but it has a very nice outdoor area, only the barbecue that is inside the aisle, where there is another suite, I don't know if it would work very well, but for rainy days to look great. We were in 4 couples and 1 child, the rooms served us super well, but only 1 of them had no air conditioning, in these hot days in Floripa it was missed for 1 couple. I believe that there may be a modernization in some environments that have left to be desired, which are details but make a difference, some old furniture without a door and a little bamboo, table attached to the well-worn wall of use (may even fall, if it has weight), etc. In short, the house is very spacious and held 9 people very well. The kitchen is complete with utensils available. The house is close to markets and conveniences, it is close to the beaches of Joaquina and Campeche and with great locomotion between the south and the north. I recommend it!

I'd like to thank you for hosting. It is the second property that we rent from Jovania. We love the house. Very well located. Really foot in the sand, literally inside the beach. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of kitchen utensils. All brand new furniture. Exactly as the photos show. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Jovania's service is always great quick to respond to us and help with information. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back more often.

Practical, comfortable and well located house, close to the beach. The space is very nice, we love the spacious courtyard. And Elisangela was attentive and communicative. I would recommend it!

The house is in a private plot, with a very beautiful lawn and trees (our pet loved), about 100m from Campeche beach, which is wonderful. Daniel served us very well the whole time. The space was great for 4 people, I think for even double it will still be comfortable. The house is old, as announced, there are some amenities that only have in newer houses. Overall, it was very good for our 3 day stay. The beach is not very accessible for the elderly.

We were made to feel welcome by Cris and stayed for 5 nights in total. The house is super cozy, with lighting in the garden and a large kitchen room.
