Great house, complete , with excellent comfort, quiet place, safe, very good gourmet space that is completed with the pool space. It was a great holiday.

Idyllic place with great amenities for a long weekend away with friends and family. The view of the bay was so beautiful we rarely left the house! Great host, super friendly and attentive.

The apartment is for six comfortable people. Very equipped, 3 bathrooms, excellent everything very well maintained and of good quality. The complex is very nice and safe. It is located 5 blocks from the beach access and the road is very pleasant. There is no toaster and only a regular capsule coffee maker, the rest is everything and very good. Everything is excellent, we will be back for sure!

The house is excellent, large, well cared for. My daughter does not leave the pool. Neighborhood, very familiar and calm, with close commerce with everything. The house is close to several well-known beaches. Sarita is a great host, we catered wonderfully well. We feel welcome! We'll be back!!!!!

The house is very complete in utensils , comfortable, privacy and safety also caught the attention. The leisure spaces are wonderful. The house is located very close to other beaches such as Sonho beach and Embau Guard, we got Uber easily on the days we need it. There are several markets nearby. It was worth the stay. Paulo, Bianca and Gilberto were super considerate.

We love our stay. The house is wonderful. The extremely warm swimming pool, the very well equipped kitchen (this point surprised us a lot), the living room sofa is the most comfortable sofa I've ever seen, the great and spacious rooms, with air-conditioning in each of them, air-conditioned and spacious bathrooms and beds with built-in massager. The outer gourmet area is very complete and functional. The beach is very close and very nice too. Amazing vacations. We felt at home.

The house is great!! All as described on the listing. The leisure space is very good for resting or having that barbecue. The bedrooms are very comfortable and having two bathrooms helps when there are a lot of people. It has all the household utensils needed for stay. The very helpful Ricardo we received at the house and took all the necessary questions, and gave us tips on the surroundings. When I return to the pine tree for sure I will go back there.

Perfect stay, location exactly as described, close to the beach, markets, pharmacy, restaurants, bar. 2-person space sits quietly, well-functioning, very good bathroom and bed. Would definitely recommend

This is place is perfect for so many reasons. Walkable to a beautiful beach or to sandboard. Perfect hiking trails around and a corner store for all your needs. The city is a 30 minute drive only and it is easy to get around. Our host was amazing and would stay definitely again. The house is a perfect blend of peace and confortable.

The house has a strategic location above the beach, with viewpoints in different planes that allow you to see the immensity of the sea in various perspectives. FULLY equipped and conditioned for a comfortable and relaxed stay. (Paraguayan hammocks, beach silettes, 2 grills, a rooftop and one in the open air) WiFi of excellence. The bathrooms have hot water and very good water pressure in the showers. The fully-functioning kitchen FREE parking for 2 vehicles a block away. Both Jessica and her mother are always attentive and well arranged to any requirement. It is a true paradise and of course it is that after having traveled this experience in LA JOAQUINA, at the time of renting the bara it is very high. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

The house is the same as the descriptions! Gustavo always ready to meet us before and during our stay! We can't use the whole house, but it has a very nice outdoor area, only the barbecue that is inside the aisle, where there is another suite, I don't know if it would work very well, but for rainy days to look great. We were in 4 couples and 1 child, the rooms served us super well, but only 1 of them had no air conditioning, in these hot days in Floripa it was missed for 1 couple. I believe that there may be a modernization in some environments that have left to be desired, which are details but make a difference, some old furniture without a door and a little bamboo, table attached to the well-worn wall of use (may even fall, if it has weight), etc. In short, the house is very spacious and held 9 people very well. The kitchen is complete with utensils available. The house is close to markets and conveniences, it is close to the beaches of Joaquina and Campeche and with great locomotion between the south and the north. I recommend it!

I'd like to thank you for hosting. It is the second property that we rent from Jovania. We love the house. Very well located. Really foot in the sand, literally inside the beach. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of kitchen utensils. All brand new furniture. Exactly as the photos show. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Jovania's service is always great quick to respond to us and help with information. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back more often.

Practical, comfortable and well located house, close to the beach. The space is very nice, we love the spacious courtyard. And Elisangela was attentive and communicative. I would recommend it!

Our stay at Daniel's house was excellent, cozy we felt at home. The bucolic style is rustic of the house gave us the tranquility necessary to relax. It was worth the stay. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The spacious and wooded garden was the high point for us who traveled with a child and pet. The house is very close to the beach.

WONDERFUL!! A beautiful environment in the midst of nature and beach, we will indicate and we intend to return!! very dear host! Suggestion: having an air conditioning in the living room/kitchen, we went in March and it really was very hot inside the house, Tbm could have a closet for clothes in the glass room.
