Vacation rentals with beach access in Pineda de Mar

The location was perfect, views were incredible! Lots of great restaurants, conveniences were close and the beach was outside your door. As a traveler relying on WiFi, it wasn’t the best. The place was a great size, bathrooms were nice and kitchen had all the essentials you need. Sitting on the deck which overlooks the sea was amazing.

We loved staying in Roger's apartment. Had plenty of space for us and we so appreciated having the parking spot in the garage so we could easily take day trips from Barcelona. It is very secure and in a great neighborhood where you feel you are not in the middle of all the tourists but can easily get to all the main sites. About a 12 minute walk down a lively pedestrian walkway with restaurants and shops and you are at the beach! Roger was an excellent communicator and responded very quickly to any of our questions.

Very nice apartment, impeccable, comfortable, cozy and very well equipped. Very nice welcome detail of Elvira (host) thank you very much ☺️ We had very good communication with Elvira, who was attentive to give us industry recommendations and help us with our concerns, without a doubt the good communication and cordiality of the host made us feel at home. We have a private parking lot, which made our stay easier. The apartment in general met all our expectations, we would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Hello, we just had an amazing stay for 2 days in Alex & Kate’s apartment. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is fantastic, just a few blocks away from the beach. It is exactly how it’s advertised, we had so much fun.

This was our best Airbnb experience yet! We highly recommend this stay. Get away from the big city of Barcelona and enjoy a beautiful and quiet stay here! (It is an easy train ride into the city for tourism if you want and a quiet place to retreat to after a day of exploring Barcelona.). The house felt like home. Clean. Excellent. Comfortable. All the amenities and more. We give our highest recommendation for this home away from home.

Great place. Quiet and great light. Brought our seven month old and was perfect.

Fantastic stay. Would like to come back again someday. Perfect location for us as we wanted to explore both south and north of L’Estartit. We liked being in the country compared to some of the other surrounding beach towns that seemed a bit more congested. We liked the sand beach and the ease of parking. We are kiteboarders so we especially enjoyed looking over the bay and seeing the action on windy days.

I whole-heartedly can reccomend staying here. The house is spacious and well organized, kitchen is big enough to cook comfortably for 8 people. It is also close by to a train station and the seaside which makes it a perfect spot to stay in while you want to visit places around Barcelona! Host is really nice and helpfull.

What can we say? It was an absolute pleasure to stay in Silvia's beautiful house. The photos do not do the property justice - it is stunning. Very well equipped with everything you need and incredibly clean. The beds were soooo comfortable and I was sad to leave them behind :) The terrace area was beautiful, a great size, with fabulous views. I would love to sit up there in the summer! The location of the property was great - a couple of minutes walk to the beach and to the train station (the trains to Barcelona on the R1 line were really convenient - we recommend a trip to Badalona too). It was also just a couple of minutes walk to bars, cafes and restaurants. Villassar de Mar was a lovely town and - if you have children - has plenty of parks. Plaça de Jeroni Gelpi was the best one - with cafes round the outside. Silvia was a fabulous host - so warm and accommodating. Her communication was excellent and she felt like a friend by the end of our trip :)

My family spent 3 days in this lovely home with incredible views. During this time of year, the area was extremely quiet so we enjoyed walks along the coast and dinners at the house. We especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was for preparing meals at home. We look forward to visiting again!

Well, well this house was exactly as the pictures if not better. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm and the Seaview during our breakfast was simply breathtaking we longed for our late breakfast moments. We could easily walk to the train station and this made everything and everywhere very accessible. even on New years early morning when we came home from the fireworks at Plaza Espanya, the bus dropped us so close to the house and we enjoyed the new years walk to the house. Its a great place for families and or groups to stay. We would be back.
