Perfect view, we can enjoy in all climatic variations: fireplace in the cold and rain, waterfall of the Lageado in the heat. Our dogs have had a great time to walk with us in the morning by the lake. I highly recommend it!

The host is very considerate. We found the house well cared for, with good bedding (very warm!) and with great showers - hot water on very cold days. The atmosphere is safe, cute, cozy and pleasant. I'd come back more often.

Carlos Eduardo was very kind and polite from the first contact, before I even booked. He has already earned a lot of points for accepting my kitty, as many ads say they accept pet and when we see it, it's just a dog, a huge prejudice with cats. We love the place, for being a quiet place, outside the noises of downtown, we only hear the birds, ducks and the noise of the wind. Although it has a small stretch of land, it was not bad, as it is battered land, not needing a 4x4 car and does not take even 3 minutes, you are already on the main street to access Capivari. The house is according to the listing, there were even more things, like coffee powder and filtered water, which surprised us by the comfort. Best of all is no fixed schedule, Carlos made us super comfortable to leave at any time, even more so that the city was having an event where several streets were blocked, and so was a huge traffic, this is super positive to organize a quiet exit.

Sensational! I went to rest and felt at home! Tranquilo, I took my puppy who had a lot of fun with the other dogs ,docile and beautiful.. I will come back many times. My refuge ..

We had a great stay at Rancho Santa Clara. The space is exactly as described. The over 70-year-old hut is well-maintained, functional while maintaining original features. The decoration, with objects that span decades, makes it clear how many happy moments have been experienced there. We spent a week there, but on the first day we felt at home. Communication with Maria Carolina was always quick and accurate. It is noticed that she genuinely cares about her guests and wants to make sure that we have a memorable experience. I hope the hut remains so original for a long time, so we can go back!

If in and around the backyard, the nature of Mantiqueira predominates, inside the spacious house, there are amenities for a quiet and comfortable family stay. The building is encrusted in a piece of forest, forming a beautiful scenery. There are, however, no access difficulties. The way is all paved with asphalt or blocks. From the house to the centre of Pinhal, it's a few minutes by car, four maybe. It is possible to walk as well. Descendo, all the saints of the house decoration help. The ascent requires effort, but nothing that men and women of good will cannot accomplish. The backyard has swing and slide for children. The double bedroom is on the ground floor. There are more beds upstairs. We found everything clean and organized. The contact with the hostess was efficient and cordato, with self check-in and checkout. Highly recommended!

cozy environment. All clean and tidy. It has no bed and bath linens but has blankets all over the house. Great space for children with playground and quadrs. need to take dirt road and is a little far from the centre but by car with no difficulties . Very nice place. The very kind host and answered our requests such as late check out. space perfectly accommodates 16 adults. It was well worth the tour and it was all wonderful. I would definitely return to this house.

The house has a great space to welcome a lot of people, it's clean and exactly like in the photos, we love the outdoor pool area and barbecue and the dogs that are loose on the property are lovely as well. We spent the full weekend and took advantage of everything the house offers!

The accommodation is perfect and impeccable, with a breathtaking view at any time of day, but the sunset is truly magnificent. The space was extremely clean and organized, the kitchen is fully equipped with very good and clean utensils. The rooms and bathrooms are well organized and clean, with good bedding and towel set. The Condominium is very organized and beautiful, it is worth strolling to get to know the space. The location is very good, 4min drive from Capivari Park. My mother was so delighted with the accommodation that she wanted to buy her rsrs. I highly recommend the space and we will definitely come back more often to enjoy the city.

Me and my family love hosting. The very attentive host, always available to meet us. It was very quiet. All the staff , the reception, chambermaids and restaurant very friendly and attentive. The restaurant serves the 3 meals ( private) . Farta and very good food. The apartment is very welcoming, quiet, with a beautiful view and an amazing sunset. Good furniture, comfortable beds, bed linen and good quality bath. The excellent bath. TV with good programming (smart TV). It is an excellent place to rest. I will definitely come back for the next time and I highly recommend it!
