Great space, everything clean and organized. Full kitchen, equipped with cooking utensils. Mr. Marcelo always answering my questions. Hosting restaurant with good cost benefit for meals. Ample leisure space available for guests.

The host is very considerate. We found the house well cared for, with good bedding (very warm!) and with great showers - hot water on very cold days. The atmosphere is safe, cute, cozy and pleasant. I'd come back more often.

Cozy Cantinho, I felt at home. Both the apartment and the residential are wonderful. I really enjoyed the stay.

Perfect stay. All beautiful and comfortable, the Cintia always available when we needed it. The only downside is the access that has a stretch with a lot of hole, but when we arrived and we saw the view of the place is worth it. We love our carnival in the chalet ❤️

Carlos Eduardo was very kind and polite from the first contact, even before I booked. He has already earned many points for accepting my kitten, as many ads say they accept PETs and when we see it, it's just dogs, a huge prejudice against cats. We loved the place, because it is a quiet place, away from the noises of the center, we only heard the birds, ducks and the noise of the wind. Despite having a small stretch of land, it was not bad at all, as it is a dirt road, not needing a 4x4 car and it doesn't even take 3 minutes, you are already on the main street to access Capivari. The house is as advertised, it even had extra things, such as coffee powder and filtered water, which surprised us for the convenience. Best of all, there is no fixed schedule, Carlos made us super comfortable to leave at any time, especially since the city was having an event where several streets were blocked, and so there was a huge traffic jam, this is super positive for organizing a quiet exit.

Everything wonderful, Paulo welcomed us very well, João always responds very quickly. We already knew the place and returned for the 3rd time.

We had a great stay at Rancho Santa Clara. The space is exactly as described. The cabin, which is more than 70 years old, is well preserved, functional, while maintaining original features. The decor, with objects that span decades, makes it clear how many happy moments have been lived there. We spent a week there, but on the first day we felt at home. Communication with Maria Carolina was always quick and accurate. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her guests and wants to make sure we have a memorable experience. I hope the cabin stays original for a long time to come, so we can go back!

great experience. The house is located in a very quiet area near the center. Rest easy and leave the car at home. Beautiful terrain with lawn and well-kept vegetation. The house was extremely clean and tidy. Soft towels, clean bed linen and an excellent shower! The kitchen is very well equipped as well. Excellent reception by the homemade Karina. I spent 3 pleasant days with my family and we only have compliments.

Our second time at the lodging and it was amazing, a wonderful view the super cozy ap. The only problem we had (does not concern the accommodation and you but the hotel, is that Sunday the pool was off and we had to ask to warm up what took too long. And Monday the pool does not open.

The stay was amazing. The space of Antônio is super cozy and complete, it has a beautiful view! The communication was made through her daughter Cíntia who was also super polite and kind. Anxious to get back.

House of those that does not want to leave, because all the surroundings of the land are fabulous,as is the house,a delight. The house is just fantastic... even better than the pictures show. Very cozy and organized, it was perfect for the end of the year for a big family like mine. The space offers everything we need and the support team was available all the time, as well as Fernanda and Ming, who guided us and passed on all the details to make our stay as perfect as possible.

Nicolas' cordiality and dedication is spectacular and unique. The apartment is very cozy and welcoming. Everything was perfect and wonderful as stated here. Me and my family love hosting. The very attentive host, always available to meet us. It was very quiet. All the staff , the reception, chambermaids and restaurant very friendly and attentive. The restaurant serves the 3 meals ( private) . Farta and very good food. The apartment is very welcoming, quiet, with a beautiful view and an amazing sunset. Good furniture, comfortable beds, bed linen and good quality bath. The excellent bath. TV with good programming (smart TV). It is an excellent place to rest. I will definitely come back for the next time and I highly recommend it!
