This place is a home away from homes Outback atmosphere good neighbors. Tiny house appeal very cozy and comfortable especially for couples looking for a city getaway with a prairie town vibe. This is one of my unique properties and first time tiny house settlers, will definitely be in for an experience of a lifetime.

Christopher’s hospitality was top notch, the place was clean and tidy. Check in was painless and he provided pretty much anything you could imagine needing. Great bang for your buck, really the only slight issue was the bed. I’m a bigger guy so it was a bit cramped for both me and my partner but that was to be expected when I booked it so no ding on him. Definitely would recommend to others.

This has been one of our favorite stays, so much so that we made sure to come right back when we were in the area again. Cozy, comfortable and you feel right at home. What a wonderful spot! Such a nice place with everything you could need (felt like staying in a luxury hotel, but with more space). Elizabeth was very helpful, friendly, and responsive and the check in/out process couldn't be simpler. Great location - a quick walk to downtown and has the distilling co right across the street. Would absolutely stay there again!

This home was cozy and convenient. Stayed here with a 4 year old and 18 month old, there is a playground within walking distance of the home. A quick drive to multiple family friendly entertainment options. Both kids enjoyed the wildlife that came up to the bird feeders by the house. We also really appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

Robert is an excellent host. This apartment was perfect for our last minute trip. It was clean, newly renovated, comfy & cozy, felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood & felt safe. Robert went an extra mile for us during our stay, I messaged him about being a little cold in the apartment, within 30 mins we had an electric heater at our door. After we figured out how to use the thermostat, we didn’t even need it. My fiancé had an accident on the interstate while I was at the apartment and it was coming time for checkout, Robert allowed me to stay in the apartment until 3pm past checkout until we figured things out. We ended up having to stay another night, he changed the booking for us to be able to only stay one night instead of the original minimum of 2 nights. Also, he refunded us the cleaning fee. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re visiting the area. Best host I’ve came across by far. And the apartment is perfect. If I could give Robert 10 stars I would.

An absolutely wonderful stay! This beautiful home looks newly renovated; it's super clean and cozy and our group of three felt right at home. The shower feels like a spa experience with plenty of hot water. The spaces are all well designed and relaxing. We didn't use the patio due to some rain during our stay, but the outdoor spaces looked great, too. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe and our parking space was convenient as well. Kitchen is well stocked & DoorDashing to the home was a breeze. Definitely book it and enjoy its proximity to the University of Michigan as well as fabulous shopping and restaurants. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay and we hope to return sometime soon!
