We had a wonderful time staying at this charming villa. The location was absolutely perfect – just a short 150m walk to the beach! The villa itself was lovely, situated within a well-maintained housing complex with a pool and lush greenery. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could soak up the sunshine, admire the beautiful views of the surrounding greenery, and listen to the sounds of the birds. The villa was comfortable and well-equipped. We were also impressed by the convenience of the location. Newton Supermarket was just a stone's throw away, and there were numerous restaurants and a taxi stand nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa.

Great place to stay with your large group or family. The place is extremely well maintained and the pool is amazing. The butlers were really helpful and helped us in managing our stay well. Master bedroom bathtub, Jacuzzi pool and the green surroundings surely made us feel amazing. The villa is one of 10 and the common pool is also amazing. All in all a great deal.

Loved our entire experience from checking in to staying, and having fun making lots of memories at Revati’s and Charles’ place. The house had such amazing interiors and a very positive vibe, we didn’t go out one whole day just to absorb the peace of home. Squeaky clean linen, furniture and very well put together kitchen. If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s place! The house looked just as it does in the photos and the amenities were top notch! the caretaker Mahesh was also very helpful. There are some amazing restaurants nearby, just walking distance. We would definitely want to come back here

Saheel's place is lovely and without a doubt one of the best airbnb's we have been to. He quickly responded to our queries and is really friendly. If you are looking for a clean and asthetically beautiful place, his place is a must visit. The place has a beautiful view of chapora river, it offers complete solitude. Parking can be a little tricky but people around are really helpful, specially the uncle and his son who resides in the same property. They run a vehicle rental business, so it is easy to get a rental four/two wheeler right at the property. This is a must visit. Thanks alot Saheel for offering such a beutiful place.

It was an amazing trip for us in Goa and this flat contribute a lot in it. Rukmini Madam is very caring about all the things through out the stay. all caretakers are up to date. The really care for their guests. Building is new. Flat has all modern facilities and amenities. You will feel very positive in the flat.

Luis was a great host it felt like home, the room/bathroom were clean and the service provided everyday was good, he made sure we were comfortable, he and his family all were treating us as we are part of their family,always ready to provide any service we would be needing even at nights Thanks a lot to Luis and family

Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

We were people of 4 boys, really had a nice stay at poojas place . We were shocked at the entrance but were highly satisfied by looking at the apartment . Room cleaning was done on daily basis without disturbing our peace. WiFi connection was extremely good.Beds and sofas were neat and cozy . We liked the pillows on the sofa very much 😉.Restrooms were very neat and clean , maintained on daily basis . Special thanks for Bluetooth speakers at hall and very fast laundry services. If you are planning to visit Goa as a group will suggest this place for sure. Really had a nice stay and special thanks to pooja😁

Absolutely great place to stay feel like home.

great place to stay after tiring beach walks. There are no shops nearby so you will have to order from their restaurant only. But the food and drinks are very good.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Savio and Lucy were incredibly welcoming and provided great local recommendations. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Excellent stay of 4 days at this penthouse. We were two families with 3 kids. The apartment was stunning with fabulous decor, large rooms, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen including a washing machine (big help for sand-denched clothes). Super large terrace was a bliss - both for soaking the morning sun and enjoying the late evening sit outs. Highly recommend it for any family wanting to stay at a central noth goa location. The cook and rental car operators recommended by Tarunpreet was 5 star.
