José Luis, very friendly and close gave us precise instructions, very easy and quick communication. as anecdote brought us a TV for the room there was already one in the living room and at all times he asked us when I could leave it undisturbed. always look for your intimacy and comfort a 10 as a person. as to the incredible house, it has everything you need, everything works perfectly has everything it puts in the listing and the garden and pool area a luxury, very clean pool and large two adults with XXL mattresses and pool left over, we go a wonderful place, we spend more time inside the villa than visiting sites than we were. Borja's place is in the top 1% of AirBnBs in Spain. This is a modern Villa/house build to a very high standard. All rooms are spacious with a contemporary feel.The garden and pool are very comfortable. The location is very relaxing as its away from the City but very close to all the major attractions. The kitchen is perfect with all modern conveniences. Security is optimum with an alarm and a garage for several cars behind a sliding gate. There are many amenities within a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk including bars , restaurants , stores.The neighbourhood is very settled and relaxing. There are several parks very close for comfortable walks , the locals to be super friendly. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard with wonderful showers , a bath and comfortable beds.There is a BBQ In the outer garden what a lovely a nice glass of Albariño.This property is excellent value for what you get. Borja was super helpful and exceeded expectations as a host. This is a rare gem 5*.

We spent a week at Teresa’s place with our two children, aged 4 and 2, and we greatly appreciated Teresa’s kindness and helpfulness! The house is practical, located in a residential area about 20 minutes from Seville. Teresa kindly provided us with a small space heater, which was very much needed given the cold morning temperatures! It was winter, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool (note: it doesn’t have a cover). The children loved the outdoor toys and picking lemons in the garden. Thank you so much, Teresa, for everything you did for us – the kids are still talking about you!

Clean accommodation, quiet area, close to Seville, with plenty of space in the garden and well equipped. Yolanda was always very helpful at all times.

Fernando's place is right at the edge of a nature preserve, yet walking distance from the nearby town. The yard is lush and surrounded by olive trees, open views, and the sounds and sights of many rare birds. A great place to relax or take a stroll in nature (the path through the neighboring nature preserve is right down the street). The house is clean and well maintained. Though we were there in winter, the place is cozy once a fire gets going in the fireplace. Fernando left us plenty of wood. The kitchen has the basics and some staples like salt in the dining area. Uber reaches the house from Sevilla, and it's best to reserve your return trip ahead of time to ensure someone will be in the area to pick you up. Fernando was extremely responsive and willing to help with our needs before, during, and after our trip. When I mistakenly left behind some personal items, Fernando promptly reassured me, packaged them up, and helped me reconnect with them.

Fantastic location and immaculately presented apartment in Seville, the rooftop jacuzzi being the icing on the cake. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Worth noting that there is only one bathroom that is directly next to the bed separated by a sliding door - this may have been mentioned but I missed it (can’t see original listing while writing this review) so depending on your dynamic this may not be ideal, but considering the rest of the apartment this is a very minor thing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it 100%!

Monica's apartment is perfect for spending a few quiet days very close to Seville. The house is just as seen in the photos, large, beautiful, with a great porch and terrace for good weather days. Very comfortable beds too and impeccable cleanliness. Highlight that Monica also leaves amenities in the bathrooms in case you forget something, detail that is very assaulted!! Regarding the location, comment that it is located in a very quiet village with a Mercadona next door and about 15-20 minutes from Seville by car so it is perfect if you want tranquility for moments of rest but at the same time being very close to all the services. We have been very comfortable and would recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at Isabel's was great, the best BnB air we've done! the garden is peaceful, an oasis of freshness in the middle of the seville heat. the pool and terrace are very nice, the house is pretty, well furnished and pleasant to live in. the bedding is very good, and the house stays cool when it's 34 degrees outside. Isabel is a very nice host, because of her availability and attention, as well as her duque dog who was of good company for us and our dog. it's easy to park on the street, and the bus is a few hundred meters away, which leads to the metro quickly. We warmly recommend this listing, which we leave with regret.

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved Eduardo’s place as it was very clean, modern and we were able to walk to several restaurants. He is also very responsive. We can’t wait to come back for a visit!

We loved staying at this house! Very well appointed, super comfortable, walkable location. And it has garage parking although you don't really need a car. We only used car for trip to Gibraltar. Fabulous restaurants literally around corner. Walked to Real Alcatraz, aquarium, exhibition site, gardens. Really wonderful place. We hated to leave!

House with a lot of charm, it is difficult to translate in words the magic that it feels to be inside and outside, the wonderful pool. A lot of taste and affection in every corner.

Highly recommended. Due to a late flight we didn't arrive until 11pm but check in was quick and easy and we even managed to find a tiny supermarket open just down the road in the town centre. Very comfortable house with everything needed as well as a basket of beautiful fresh oranges. The bus to Seville centre is really close by and an easy journey.

We spent 2 nights in which we were very comfortable, we really enjoyed the comfort of the house and the playroom at night. Honestly the house in person is much nicer than in photos! Hosts 10 points! Thank you!

Optima casa, 10 min from Seville, well served. Very good communication with the host who was ready to solve all the problems that arose (including when we left the keys indoors!). Careful, clean and very pleasant house, as described in the advertisement, very suitable for families with children. Definitely must repeat!

Harriette has all her things in order. The cottage is clean and equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. Every step in our customer journey from arrival to departure was completely worked out to the last detail. A detailed directions beforehand gave us a feeling of welcome even before the trip had started. Even during the holiday Harriette was always available and proactive. All expectations have been exceeded. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Seville couldn’t have been better – this Airbnb was perfect! The location was ideal, close to several tapa bars and grocery stores. From here, we can take bus to the stunning Seville Cathedral, the lively Plaza de España, and all the beautiful, winding streets of the old town. Taxi ride is about 10 euros. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, yet the apartment itself was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were welcomed warmly and given so many great tips on local spots to check out, from authentic tapas bars to lesser-known gems that I would have missed otherwise. Communication was flawless – they were quick to respond and made me feel at home right away. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautiful with a pool.

Everything was wonderful! Great cabin, everything you need inside. The internet works perfectly, comfortable mattresses. In general, everything is just super Ana and her husband were always in touch and helped with everything. All in all we highly recommend

My family and I felt very good at the house. There's no lack of detail. It was a shame not to have more time to enjoy the patio, which is the jewel of this accommodation. Both Mikel and her brother Gorka have been attentive to every detail at all times, making everything very easy.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, and the host was friendly if it was close to tourist attractions.
