Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pike County

This place was awesome. We actually chose Chillicothe as a place to stay in the middle of two other locations we had planned to visit for the weekend. However, we will now be looking for events and things to do closer to Chillicothe just to come back and stay here. This place has also given us some inspiration on how we would like to renovate our basement. Loved the open concept, exposed brick and bicycle theme. I highly recommend this place.

Thank you guys, we had a great time! Loved that it was walking distance from the theater! The kitchen was fantastic, we made an awesome breakfast and enjoyed the space! Would definitely recommend anyone thinking of staying there! Restaurants and coffee were within walking distance!

Everything was super cute, exceptionally clean, and I had everything I needed for a quick and comfortable stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches and would definitely book again!

The location is perfect. Lots to do in this part of town. Place had plenty of room and was well provisioned. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in town next year.

Great place and a convenient location. Very clean, easy check-in and check-out process. They even left fresh muffins for us to enjoy. The Holtfield gas station nearby has a coffee shop and serves food and everything was delicious. Look forward to staying here again.

Patti’s place is quaint with a rustic feel right in the middle of beautiful southern Ohio. Patti was very responsive and helpful for our stay! We will stay again!

The Eleanor was beautiful and the perfect space for us to stay for four nights. We had everything we needed, with plenty of restaurants and other local businesses within walking distance. The pictures were a perfect representation of the space. I appreciated that there were extra security measures taken and that the instructions to get into the apartment were clear. We felt very safe and at home. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we are in Chillicothe.

This was our 4th time staying at this property to visit family in the area. We love the location and being able to see the Christmas lights in the park. Seth is always very responsive when we have any issues that arise and they have always been minor, no major concerns. Looking forward to our next stay at Head Above Water!

Beautiful home, very clean, with a very friendly and responsive host!

The home was exactly as pictured, and Randi was very responsive when I had questions. We enjoyed the amount of space in the home. It is hard to for a family to be cramped in a hotel room when traveling. This AirBnB was so much better than staying in a hotel room! This home was excellent and will be on our radar in the future.

Beth’s place was fantastic! Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a friends+kids getaway. The pool and outside area was perfect for swimming, lounging, and having lunch. The kitchen was well stocked, and beds and pillows were very comfy. Beth was incredibly helpful prior to our stay and offered us an extra pack-n-play as well as a cute activity station for the little ones. Communication was timely and proactive, and we truly had a wonderful time. We would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Little Brick House. The house was so adorable and peaceful. It was perfect for a family night with pizza and games. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space. We were beyond happy with our stay and even had a nice surprise waiting on us. We hope to stay again in the future! Kurt hosted us on short notice. The place is bigger than the pictures show. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable home with a well equipped kitchen, which served us well for a stay during Thanksgiving! A bit of traffic noise, but quiet overall. David and Debbie communicated well and gave clear instructions. I enjoyed my visit and would stay here again.
