THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 7TH FLOOR WITH recently added ELEVATOR, there are 40 steps to get to the elevator. In front of the tower you have taxis, public and ferries. It's few steps from the marina and Shipyards The apartment doesn’t have working AC at the moment. THE ouside of the BUILDING has been recently renovated
