Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Il monolocale è situato in un ex convento, all'interno di una silenziosa corte nel centro strorico di Firenze. La casa è al primo piano al quale si accede unicamente con scale. E' costituita da unico locale (oltre al bagno con finestra) con angolo cottura e soppalco a cui si accede con scala a tre gradini sul quale è posto un letto matrimoniale. Su richiesta, possibilità di usufruire della poltrona-letto singola per terzo ospite. Posizione centrale a pochi passi dalle attrazioni della città.

La zona è super accessibile e centrale ma lontana da locali notturni rumorosi e caos cittadino, parcheggio gratuito a 200 metri, possibilità di arrivare in macchina davanti alla casa, vicinissimo, anche a piedi, alla stazione ferroviaria principale della città. My stay in Florence was wonderful. Alberto allowed me to enter the apartment earlier since everything was already clean and ready. He himself received me. It was extremely kind, presenting all the amenities and making yourself available by your phone number for whatever I needed, including asking for a taxi. New apartment, very well cared for, comfortable, modern, clean and gorgeous. All-equipped kitchen. A ward that's charming. The apartment is a little away from the historic center of Florence, but has a bus stop 1 block, and I found it very easy to get around and I didn't even have to use a taxi. It is also possible to walk, without problems, but it is a walk of about 30 minutes. There is a bakery next to the building which already guaranteed my breakfast. The Supermarket is two blocks away. I recommend it too much.

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

We visited Florence for a week and this was the perfect place. The co-host Rachele was very responsive and friendly. She helped us almost immediately when we had trouble with hot water or using the washing machine. I would definitely recommend this place and host. Great walkable location with a safe and clean feel.

Aurora was a very responsive host and accommodated any needs we had. Place was as listed. About 30 min to downtown by bus. Be aware of the last bus back to the air bnb as we missed it and had to buy a taxi back. Overall a good place to stay if you want a peaceful stay outside of the city.

Had a lovely stay at Monica's. Super helpful and accommodating. Close enough to go to Florence for a day trip. Monica gave us a good suggestion of where to park and then take a train in to the city. Would definitely stay again. We did have a rental car, would be more of a challenge on foot/transit.

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!
