The property is simply exceptional, perfectly equipped with all the essentials and much more - every detail has been carefully thought out to offer optimal comfort to guests. The location of the house is ideal, with a breathtaking view that makes every moment magical. Breakfast on the terrace facing this panorama is a memorable experience. Frédéric's welcome made our stay even more special. This is, without a doubt, one of the warmest hospitality I've ever received during an Airbnb rental. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The garden and pool are wonderful assets of this property. I already see myself coming back in the future to take full advantage of all that this house and its exceptional environment have to offer in the summer. I can only recommend this place - it's a real little slice of heaven!

We had a wonderful stay here with our family. A beautiful spacious house, with all the comforts. Also the outdoor areas are magnificent. A beautiful swimming pool where we spent a wonderful time. Peace and space at our stay but nearby a lot of nice places to visit Evelyne and her family have provided us with very nice tips. The dogs loved our daughters too. Thank you also to Evelyne's son who was so nice with our daughter and the dogs. We definitely recommend a stay here!

I refreshed myself during my 3 weeks in November with superb 🤩 sun and blue sky weather every day. Delphine very welcoming and caring. Very convenient house, there's everything!!! The gazebo with its beautiful view 😍 and what weather is a different microclimate from Hyeres. What's more it was magical, beautiful, the crystal clear sea water and in addition to the sand. I walked along the way to the coast the views are splendid. Bus 67 next door that takes you to the train station and downtown Hyeres. I loved my stay ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️and Caramel (the cat) who comes every day to see you. Ah! Also the pink flamingos in the swamps full of opportunities for walks, beaches and activities. I'll go back to this beautiful place and home 🤩

We had a great time at Leslie's place. The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped. We were able to enjoy the beautiful shaded terrace in the middle of summer and at any time of day. La Capte beach is a short walk away and La Capte's restaurant shops are within walking distance. Leslie was welcoming and very responsive. We will not hesitate to come back!

The place is beautiful worthy of Martin's kindness. The apartments have their independent entrances and not overlooked. We really have our privacy and Martin's place is higher. He is adorable, discreet but always there if needed. The swimming pool is beautiful, the garden is very well maintained. Very quiet place and we felt right at home as Martin is warm. You may have Netflix and/or put your codes for your apps. There are many villages to visit and hiking to do nearby. We'll most certainly be back as we loved this airbnb. Clean and very well-equipped apartment quietly located while remaining close to the port and beaches with a free shuttle service in July and August to get to the city center among others. Very good contact with Émilie who is available, friendly and very attentive with coffee, wine (rosé and white) and some food to troubleshoot in case we did not have time to do our first shopping, which was very appreciated. We are completely satisfied and would recommend this listing.

We had a pleasant stay in this lovely little studio with wonderful sea views and especially direct access to the beach, what a foot! Christian was very welcoming and extremely friendly with us. Parking is easy nearby (multiple free pitches) Just to note: the studio is a 10-minute drive from downtown Le Lavandou.

Very clean and functional apartment, 15 min walk from the historic heart of Bormes les Mimosas. Super equipped kitchen for cooking. Small terrace. Recent residence, very quiet, in a beautiful environment with beautiful pool and boulodrome. Only downside: the bedding with a squeaky bed and the other whose mattress is very soft...but it's a matter of taste;-)

Very functional accommodation and close to the beach and shops. Which is very nice with two toddlers. Patrice is very friendly and helpful. We recommend it.

Very well located accommodation in a secure residence, close (on foot) to the port, the shuttle boat to Toulon, buses, restaurants, the beach, the butcher, the baker, the market and small convenience stores. Very nice view of the harbor, very pleasant terrace and without vis-à-vis. Maëva was very responsive to our requests and always accommodating. The accommodation is impeccable and functional. I recommend it with or without a car!

It's been twice that we enjoy this nice apartment with a view and close to all amenities, out of summer season, and it's always a pleasure! Getting up in the morning with a sea view is always a pleasure, once the car is down, you just walk around and all amenities are close by. In addition, pets are allowed, which is rare. We'll be right back!

Stay at the top, we would have stayed there more... The location is ideal to go to the beach (1mn walk), close to the lavandou (5mn by car) which is a pleasant place too. The apartment is functional and the cleaning is impeccable. In addition, the residence is relatively quiet. Brigitte is very friendly, responsive and caring. In the end, we did not enjoy the pool which was in the shade given the end of summer but it looked very correct. Thank you for everything

The stay at Maxence's went really well. The accommodation matches the photos ( small downside for the children's room which is narrow but to sleep is fine😁) . The views are magnificent , we could spend hours contemplating it... We were able to enjoy the pool and a small cove (accessible with the badge) that is well worth a visit. The area is lovely and quiet, the neighbors friendly... Everything for a perfect stay, I definitely recommend it.

Our stay went very well. 🙂 André's apartment is ideally located, the beach, shops , walks discovered by small paths lined with pretty gardens and villas, everything can be done on foot.
