Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

Amazing view from the house! The road to the private beach is quite steep but it’s worth it. The host was responsive and gave us a lot of amazing recommendations.

We had 4 beautiful days in the accommodation. She offered everything we imagined. Check-in was flexible and we were also offered a later check out. We definitely recommend the place

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Eleni's house - the garden is beautiful and spacious. The little apartment is clean and big enough to have a comfortable stay. The beach is a 10min walk from Eleni's house. All in all, a great stay!

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!

Something we couldn't figure out before checking in ( only from the pictures ) was that, there is no air conditioner in every bedroom, but only one in the corridor connecting the bedrooms. That wasn't a big problem, because the temperatures wasn't that high. But if you close your bedroom door, unfortunately you can't use the air conditioner. The fourth bedroom, that was separate, didn't have any air conditioning. It's a quiet house with plenty of space, great garden with grass, great barbeque and table for 7-8 people to dinner outside the house. The kitchen had all we needed. It's on a 15 minute walk from the center of Nea. Kalikratia. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

We felt very, very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and very nicely furnished. From our hosts, we received great tips on tavernas in the village and also lots of information for activities. If, like us, you arrive in the fall and can no longer sit on the terrace in the morning and evening (because too cool), it gets a little tight in the kitchen for more than 2 people. But that wasn't a problem for us either. Thank you very much for the great time

We didn't arrive at the property until midnight. We were warmly welcomed and immediately invited to a garden party to eat and drink. The property is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Pool very nice and clean. There's nothing to criticize at all. We felt very comfortable.

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

Mary was very welcoming and easy to talk to. She was responsive with all recommendations that we have asked, including parking and instructions for check-in. The location of the house is great and very close to the center.

I enjoyed an endearing month remote working from Augusta’s apartment. Thessaloniki was fabulous and Augusta’s charming apartment was a great base to explore its allure. An ideal location with convenient access to both the centre of town and the acropolis and the upper end of town. The apartment was great and had everything needed to make it a very comfortable and well equipped home/office - including a reasonable internet connection. Augusta was friendly, informative and very responsive to all queries.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotlessly clean and very child-friendly, which made our stay so much more comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a crib available for our little one, which was a huge plus. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. There's also a supermarket conveniently located around the corner, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, it was a perfect stay for our family, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

We had written in a previous comment, how everything was perfect and that we would close it again. That's exactly what happened. We closed it again and as last time everything was fine and we'll be back.

The location of the house was amazing, the cleanliness was impeccable, right in the center of Thessaloniki, we were very comfortable with my wife and 2 sons. I will definitely stay in this house when I go to Thessaloniki again and I would recommend it to everyone comfortably.
