Our stay at Heritage Carrel was the most outstanding luxury experience we’ve had on Airbnb. The property is absolutely stunning—elegant, peaceful, and beautifully designed with every comfort and attention to detail in mind. The sauna, hot tub, and garden lounge areas added an extra level of relaxation and indulgence. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warmth and hospitality of the owner Irene and her lovely family. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, especially by thoughtfully catering to our vegetarian and gluten-free diets with delicious, home-cooked meals. Every detail, from the luxurious rooms to the serene surroundings, was perfect. It was the perfect private boutique retreat. We felt rested, spoiled, and truly grateful for the experience and for meeting our beautiful host. We’re already planning our return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heritage Carrel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable escape in Italy! We will be back!!!

A beautiful apartment in the center of Milan. I can highly recommend it. The check-in was very easy and straightforward, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. It also has a lovely terrace.

I had an amazing experience staying at this property. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better! The location was perfect, close to major attractions, shops, and great restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Villa Traversi was a dream of long standing come true. The villa is the lovely, gracious former home of the host, Manuela, and she has lovingly cared for it over the years. The setting is, in a word, stunning and the only thing more memorable was the warm, generous and welcoming reception from Manuela and her engaging son, Giacomo who thoughtfully acted as our interpreter. We were met on the terrace with Prosecco and a table of delicious Italian food, but best of all, was the lively conversation with them as we enjoyed our repast. Our stay will always be a treasured memory and we are thankful for Manuela’s attentive response when we needed her assistance. Bellisima!
