Cottage sits right alongside of the West River of Pictou and has a heated swimming pool. Very quiet and private. Couples only. Free use of the onsite canoe or kayaks. There is a private firepit onsite which can be used when the government burn restrictions permit, and a private deck with a bbq. There is also an above ground heated pool shared with the owners. When booking, please tell me a bit about yourself and the purpose of your trip. Thank you! 3% resort fee is the NS occupancy tax.

The Property is located in Braeshore and just a short walk away from Pictou Lodge. Access to Graham's Pond and close to Caribou Park, beaches and walking trails. Spacious accommodations with a great view and place to relax outside and enjoy the nice weather. Quiet neighborhood with over an acre of land and plenty of privacy. Paul & Eleanor were absolutely wonderful hosts. They were responsive, instructive, and extremely accommodating. They were also just delightful company. Paul really hit it out of the park with his 5 star breakfast spread and was as easy to have a good gab with as if he were my neighbor. I could not recommend this spot more for it's reasonable pricing, immaculate presentation and pleasant shoreline views. Will definitely be visiting these folks again whenever I'm in the area next. Forget Hotels; this place will spoil you. Highly Recommend!

We were traveling with our infant grandson. Before we arrived Kelly realized our original room would be louder than we might like. She was proactive and moved us to a very quiet room. The accommodations were perfect. The location is beautiful and so very peaceful. We sat outside and just listened to the birds. I told my husband, it finally "felt like summer". We will recommend Kelly and her properties to our friends! We had the very best time. Kelly is a wonderful host.

We had an amazing 4 night stay in one of the Chalets - we didn't want to leave! The view from the upper chalets is unbelievable. Kelly was a wonderful host! She was always extremely quick to respond and answer any questions - she was even able to assist us retrieve an item that another member of our party, staying in an adjacent chalet, left behind. On the day of arrival, we were able to check-in early and enjoy the property. There was even a welcome gift with some snacks - such a nice 'added touch!' The chalets were as clean and well appointed as we had remembered from previous stays. There were lots of linens available, but there is also a washer and dryer in the chalet. Gary, the groundskeeper was so friendly and told us about some of the history of the property. On site, there is a small beach with loungers & a fire pit, a pond with a new dock and watercrafts. There's a heated pool, small basketball court, a games room and lots of space for biking. We can't wait to return!

It was great! Cottage/wood trim vibe with WIFI and cable. Coffee and tea were appreciated! Pool was super and the beach was awesome! All inclusive resort-style lounge chairs were perfect and elevated the experience. Kelly (host) was great and moved us from our original unit booking since there was a large (and loud) group above us = APPRECIATED! We loved being at the end of the row - privacy was great for our family. Communal lobster motive fire pit (beach-side) with prepped firewood and starter was super cute, but we didn’t have the chance to use. A great stay - totally recommend!!!
