Lake house vacation rentals in Pickwick Lake

Great spot! Perfect for a group get away with good sleeping and hang out room. I would comment on communication, but I never had to contact the host because everything was laid out clearly in the instructions and welcome info! The house was clean, open, had good parking, and felt totally safe to take a walk around the neighborhood. I would love to stay again!

we had such a great time and made so many fun memories.. so beautiful and peaceful.. the Eagles were out so that was very exciting and we kayak and paddle boat around.. we enjoyed it so much and hopefully get to visit again in the future. we highly recommend if you are looking for something great getaway.

We loved every minute in this home. It is absolutely beautiful inside and out and oh so peaceful. From sunrises with coffee, to sunsets with a glass of wine, the views are exceptional from the home and the dock. We enjoyed fires in the fire pit at night. The master suite is a stunner. And that kitchen! We were sad to leave and sincerely hope we get the chance to stay here again.

My boys and I came down from Illinois to visit family for Thanksgiving. Being 2 are teenagers who want their own space my only options were get a hotel or an Air BnB. I am so happy I chose Will’s place for my family! I cannot say enough about it. The peacefulness of being right on the water and watching the fish jump while sipping my morning coffee was incredible and much needed. My kids loved their rooms and my youngest said it’s the most comfortable bed and pillows he’s ever had! The house was spotless, the linens and towels were pristine white, the kitchen has a table for 6 and a breakfast bar for 4 and has more than enough tableware for a family. Will was a great host, responded quickly and was proactive in contacting me when the thermostat stopped working while we were out, and his brother came over and got it working for us within an hour of us getting back. Not at all a complaint, just highlighting what an amazing host he is. Book this place! We plan on staying here this summer!

We had a great stay. To further expound on dirty utensils, they may have been left by previous guest. We had a problem with the grill, and Mike was very helpful getting that resolved. This is an extraordinarily nice house. The setting is very quiet. Nice to have a carport, and there is plenty of parking if you have multiple vehicles. Small county roads may be difficult at night if you are not familiar with the area.

We loved our stay! We had a small family Christmas here. The living space was perfect for hanging as a family. Beds were super soft memory foam. We had a slight plumbing issue (neither party’s fault). They handled it so quickly and kindly!! Fair warning though, the stairs to most bedrooms were very steep. Definitely would stay again!

Nice to open a cabinet and have it loaded with spices, baking, and cooking needs. the bed was very comfortable and having a hot tub overlooking the river was fantastic. I love seeing the barges at work on the river as well as the Eagles, oh yeah the helicopter at 20= feet moving along the river bed was some thing out of James Bond, lol. Awesome place, I will return, recommended to all, 5 stars true and true. Ed Fitz

Brian was at the house when I arrived and energetic for us to stay at his place. We had a group coming to Pickwick and he offered us his other local services on top of the house rental. Would stay again!

listen, Coty was very responsive when asking to see the place ahead of time! it definitely gives wrong turn scary movie but once you get to the house you’re speechless! beautiful and looks like the pictures, very clean. & the house was affordable! spacious, will definitely be booking again!

This lakefront property is a beautiful setting. Once the dock gets installed, it will be awesome to be able to sit out there and take the entire setting in. Almost everything was exactly as represented and since I expect Brandon will address my puny list fairly easily, I will contact him separately rather than bore readers with the list. I will say that throughout our entire stay we always looked forward to getting back to the AirBnB whenever we simply wanted to relax and hangout. I can't imagine a setting more conducive to doing just that. Thank you Brandon for making our stay memorable.

This is a really nice house. Decorated nicely and the open floor plan was great. The view of the river is awesome and the sunrise is beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here.

This was our second time at this beautiful home. Everything was so peaceful and comfy! Our doggies loved the walks to the lake each day. Rick and June were the perfect hosts always available! We highly recommend this property to make your vacation wonderful!

This place is absolutely amazing! Aside from the beautiful location of the home, the interior is just stunning. You can feel the love that has been put into the space and it’s just so warm and inviting. Camille is a great host and we can’t wait to go back!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay! My son had a fishing tournament at Ingalls Harbor and it was very convenient to that area. The home was clean, cozy, and very quiet. We loved being able to fish off the bank. We would definitely book this home again if we are in the area.

Great place to stay near Pickwick lake. Very peaceful and easy access to the lake with Kayaks for the kids. Will definitely stay again.

Kaci’s home was perfect for our family Christmas breakfast. There was plenty of room for the kids and lots of games provided. The surroundings are beautiful. House was clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen to prepare our meal. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We loved staying at Lori’s place!! She was quick to respond and beyond amazing. Being right on the lake where we could load and unload the boat on Lori’s dock was so convenient. The neighbors were so sweet and it was an overall pleasant experience!

The house was really nice and was well stocked with dishes and linens. The host Monica is really kind and responsive. However the parking is terrible that’s not outlined in the listing and the owner/Joyce drives by daily and was very upset by us parking a side by side on the grass there is no sign and the listing does not mention this. The owner of the marina up the street was very helpful and gave us a place to park both vehicles and trailers. The Mill Creek area is very family friendly it’s nice for both the kids and adults. Our vacation was very relaxing and the entire family had a good time.
