Lake house vacation rentals in Pickwick Dam

Definitely the best trip of the year, even if just for the weekend! The pictures don’t do this cabin justice. It’s SUPER clean and all the beds and couch were comfy, too, which is important for us. We loved the big porch, nice kitchen, tv’s in every bedroom, great showers, lots of parking, cleanliness, swing in the backyard and the location. I hope we can book again in the future.

Wonderful lake house for our Father’s Day weekend. Everything was amazing from the comfy beds and great views and access to lake. We would absolutely stay again!!

We loved staying at Lori’s place!! She was quick to respond and beyond amazing. Being right on the lake where we could load and unload the boat on Lori’s dock was so convenient. The neighbors were so sweet and it was an overall pleasant experience!

Can’t say enough about this place and the host! Making sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating to all our needs even with many vehicles and boats! If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, and amazing host, you found it! This one is staying in my list if we ever come back. The views and the lake is well worth it, highly recommend! 10/10!

Great place to stay near Pickwick lake. Very peaceful and easy access to the lake with Kayaks for the kids. Will definitely stay again.

Loved visiting Heron landing. It was about 1 mile from my 90 year old grandparents. We had plenty to do. Boating, fishing, jet ski, paddle board. Really enjoyed our trip. Hoping to be back for the next few years.

This place is just absolutely gorgeous. The views from the living room, main and 2nd bedrooms are fantastic; only topped by the views from the deck. The tram is a huge plus. It would have been difficult for our older and younger guests to get down to the water without it. Once down by the water, the sunning deck above to boat slips is wonderful. All in all, we had a great Labor Day weekend.

Great spot on the water with an amazing view of the river and a big deck to enjoy it on.

I took 6 teenage boys here for their Spring Break. They loved being able to hang out by the water together and joke and laugh together in the bunk room. Terry let us use the kayaks and gave us recommendations on places to eat and disc golf courses near by. A great stay at a beautiful waterside retreat!

Just. Wow!! We, as a large 17 person family, have stayed at some of the larger, nicer Airbnb vacation rentals from the Carolina mountains to the Gulf of Mexico and beyond. We have definitely been snake bit by “creative marketing” in the past but Bella Casa was not one of them! This property is everything they say it is and then some! Gorgeous views, well thought out floor plan and amenities. We have eight adults and nine children in our close family circle, plus we are from the area and hosted an additional 12 family members one evening during our stay. Bella Casa was beyond capable to accommodate. We are also a family who is really into cooking and apparently so are the Owners! Every cooking utensil and appliance you need to cook fantastic meals for your whole crowd, not to mention three full size refrigerators and a dedicated ice maker! Patti and Scotty went above and beyond to make our stay, the trip of a lifetime. Our family made so many new memories and we will definitely be back!

This is an amazing gem. The house was cozy and well stocked with everything necessary to be comfortable and have fun. Our kids enjoyed the back yard and walk to the lake. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. I would definitely stay here again.

Mike's place is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful!! The view and the location alone make this a perfect place to unwind and relax!! The kids loved the fishing location and the toy room, the older kids would have stayed inside at the pool table all day!!
