Houseboat vacation rentals in Picardy

Very pleasant stay on Marina's houseboat, who is a lovely host! The place is magical, the sublime setting, the houseboat very well furnished and ultra comfortable (bedding, heating, spa, sauna...). We'll be back with pleasure to continue the discovery and visit of Paris.

Small atipic accommodation, ideal for 2 people. Close to shops and restaurants. Opportunities to take walks nearby. Valerie is a very pleasant and responsive host (her place is on the houseboat but it is not inconvenient). 10mm walk to bakery and very good restaurant.

The houseboat was a unique and wonderful experience for us. The place itself was fully equipped with everything(!), nicely decorated, and the view from the boat was gorgeous and serene. The surrounding area was quite walkable--close to shops of every kind and very urban, but stepping onto the boat was like a portal into another world. It was the perfect mix of urban and otherworldly. Our hosts were also very friendly and kind. They were super responsive and they anticipated our needs. They also gave us great guidance, not just about places to eat, but advice that was particular to us (e.g., good places for our son to run & exercise). They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived until the day that we left! We stayed for two weeks, which is normally too long for us to be in the same place for a vacation, but we wished we could have stayed longer. Now that we are at home, we miss how the boat gently rocked us to sleep. Our hope is that we can go back again next year.

We had a great weekend with my family at an unconventional place to stay. Mainly our daughter (5) was absolutely thrilled with the boat. The place was nice peace and quiet, yet city services within walking distance. And the town of Thuin itself was also very pleasantly surprised by how picturesque it is and what tourist attractions it has to offer.

Had a great stay on the houseboat. The welcome was warm and interesting, and I was even taught about the history of the boat. Everything we needed was there (including cutlery, plates, cups, coffee and tea). It was a unique overnight stay for me and I'd love to come back.

We had a lovely weekend at this floating place. The equipment is very good, the bathroom impeccable. The bedding is comfortable, it has all the essentials for 2. Séverine is very attentive and her directions are essential to find the accommodation. There is a road and bridge nearby with traffic. Nevertheless, it did not taint our tranquility and our pleasure in enjoying the accommodation. We highly recommend it! Very nice!

our atypical stay was a nice discovery , the wood stove is a great plus 😊 we are looking forward to being able to come back at the right time in order to enjoy the nice terrace and try the outdoor shower. The host was also very responsive to our requests.

We had a lovely stay with the family (4 adults) on this houseboat. Clean, quiet, and free from any humidity. Communication with Benoît was fluid and responsive throughout our stay, which greatly facilitated our installation and life on the houseboat. We wished we could have stayed longer. Have the breakfast offered, you won't regret it. In short, an experience to recommend without hesitation for a relaxing and pleasant stay on the Seine.
