Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

Giulia's place is located in a nice area next to Bologna Centrale and within a walking distance to Bologna’s main attractions. The apartment is as described in the Website, clean and comfortable. It’s truly a nice place to stay in the city, even more, as it was my case, when you take daily trains to go to Modena, Ferrara and other neighboring cities.

It was a wonderful stay. I stayed with my 9-month-old baby and had everything I needed for the baby, including a high chair and a cot bed. Also, we had quick communication. With their great recommendations, we discovered some amazing places. It was a 5-star stay.

This is already my second time staying with Antonio and Alessandra and I can only confirm my great positive feedback! Apart from dealing with very kind people, always available and very welcoming, both their apartments are modern, very clean, equipped with all kinds of needs and super comfortable to get around both by bus and on foot. It's just a few minutes away on foot and you're already inside the walls of Porta San Felice. Highly recommended! ❤️

We were guests in this apartment, clean well, with comfortable rooms, 2 bathrooms with large shower, living room and kitchen, also spacious, in the apartment there is everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The bus stop that leads to the center is very close. The host was friendly and gave us a lot of information, he was always very helpful.

Check-in is located next door to the house and offers the possibility of free luggage storage before and after taking advantage of the apartment. Thelatter decidedly large and comfortable equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in the heart of Bologna.

5 stars isn’t enough for how amazing and perfect Serena’s place was. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We never met Serena but we had the pleasure of meeting Concetta twice and she was very lovely and went out of her way to drive us to and from town (not a long walk but with our bags it was a bit farther then I wanted to walk 😅). But the apartment was wonderful - especially the bathtub! We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend to everyone! If you’re lucky enough that this place is available for your dates, do not hesitate - book now!!!

Really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the very heart of Bologna. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has a fab terrace space out the back with seating. I’m learning Italian and I find watching the tv really helpful, this one had lots of channels so bonus points from me! Alvise and Maria Giovanna were kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Thanks again for a great stay!

Beautiful house not far from downtown in a quiet area. Ideal for visiting Bologna!!!

We were warmly welcomed by Angelo. He provided us with many useful tips around the area and was always accessible and also on site. The apartment is very quiet. It's a perfect place to relax. The pool was fantastic and the garden was very well maintained and you could relax wonderfully. We loved the waterfall nearby. By taking a good bath. You absolutely need a car to get to the nearest village. From the apartment to La Spezia it takes about 1 hour and to Pisa about 1.5 hours. We felt very comfortable.

The stay at this property was perfectly matched to our expectations. It was easy to find the accommodation and at the same time the convenient location, close to the city center, allowed us to move quickly from the station to the historic center. We recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a nice vacation in Modena!

Great appartment, centrally located and fantastic communication with the host

This apartment was so much better than we expected. The host went above and beyond doing some research into a venue for dinner on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is very large and easily fit the 3 couples we were travelling with. Without a doubt would stay here again

Castiglione is one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany, and among the most beautiful in Italy. The accommodation allows a comfortable use of the services offered by the village, located less than a kilometer from the center to offer spaces with privacy and silence framed by the beautiful Apuan Alps. The house is large and well organized Living area with openings on outdoor terraces and kitchen equipped with all basic necessities included. Sleeping area with 3 large bedrooms and two comfortable bathrooms. Raphael is an attentive host, but he doesn't reside in Castiglione. The lady who was supposed to welcome us was on vacation and so we checked in and checked out completely independently. Everything went well and the stay was pleasant. Definitely recommended!!!

The Airbnb was amazing. I loved the modern style, simplistic and minimal. The suite suited our needs and was close to the Fiere and restaurants. Our host was incredible, very responsive and helped us out with whatever questions we had. His book of standards were top notch and easy to understand. 10/10, recommend this to anyone staying in Bologna.

We enjoyed staying at Matteo's apartment. The apartment is really spacious and has easy space for 4 people. It is in walking distance to the city center (15min to the piazza maggiore) and has lots of cafe's around for breakfast and some restaurants too. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The communication with Matteo was super easy and friendly. Matteo was very responsive and gave useful information. The only thing that needs to be highlighted is the parking situation. But it is not a particular issue of this apartment but the whole of Bologna. There is simply no space at all and if you come by car, expect it to be a pain. The best thing you can do is park in the garage indicated by Matteo or a if you are lucky you find a spot on a paid street parking or parking lot (use Easy Park app to pay and extend your parking). This is the worst city for cars I have ever visited, but Matteo was very clear about that and gave helpful tips what to do.

Great apartment, very comfy and excellent location. Very quiet and quiet place. Close to the center and easy access. Ivan always answered us very quickly when we need it.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
