The accomodation was excellent. Looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Umberto was a great host, he meet us at the gate and gave us very thorough instructions for the apartment. The pool was lovely. He also gave us great local recommendations as well as recommendations on where to park in Palermo and Cefalù. There is a train station about 5 min walk away. There is also a large supermarket about 5 min drive away.

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

Everything is great, you just have to be aware that you need a car to do anything or to be able to go shopping. The hosts are super friendly and even brought us something to eat on arrival!

My daughter and I had a brilliant week in this gorgeous place. The host, Emanuele, and his parents couldn't have been more helpful, with suggestions of places to go, details about the house and prompt and helpful answers to queries. The parents met us on arrival with stunning snacks, huge smiles and a wealth of information, all conveyed without a common language... with a bit of help from Google Translate!! The house is just lovely, very well appointed, and the garden and pool just heavenly! We didn't travel far afield as the pool and beach provided all we needed, including That's Amore, a delightful restaurant on the beach. We were there out of season so it was very quiet which suited us! But we did also sample the more touristy side of life in beautiful Cefalù just 15 minutes drive away (or easily accessible by train). There are sites to see, beach front bars, cafés and restaurants, gift shops etc and a climb up La Rocca overlooking the town is well worth it. We will be back!

It was definitely an amazing place to stay if you are looking for quiet and serenity. We had everything we need and more in the Villa. Completely functional and fully equipped. Spotless clean house and we really felt at home. More nicer than the photos, the pool was always heated. Views from the terrace is breath taking! The host Paola was also responsive and helpful, she even gave us their own produce from their farm. We will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!!

We had a great week. Cozy apartment with wonderful terrace facing the sea and nice communal pool. Had very good contact with the host Nicola gave a lot of tips and is responsive. Apartment is secluded. There are no cars, just some livestock that makes the place harmonious. Cefalu is at a 30 min walk distance or 10 min by car. We parked in the large parking lot by the sea. Affordable and always location once we were there. Morning swim and then a good cup of coffee is recommended when Cefalu is waking up. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough nice things. First of all, Daniela is such a gem! She offered rides for very reasonable prices, gave us brief tours of the areas we were in which were super helpful, and always responsive. Her place was just outside of the noisier areas, but walking distance to the restaurants and beaches. 15 minutes walk to the beach, or you can wait for the local buses if you prefer not to walk. The space was spacious and the bed was so comfortable!! After traveling for a couple weeks, the good nights of sleep were needed. Great trip & stay, and hope to return someday :)

Comfortable beds (it makes all the difference!) and a calm, quiet environment to enjoy. The apartment has a brilliantly equipped kitchen and a whole host of welcome goodies in the fridge. I would highly recommend.

Rosalia homestay was such a beautiful property with a brilliant host. Couldn’t recommend enough. The views are incredible. Not far from cinisi and Terrasini both great little towns to have a look around. Brilliant beaches and viewpoints just a walk away from the property. Thanks for a great stay Mara :)

Wonderful vista, stunning sunsets, really comfortable beds, and Vincenzo was an absolute delight.

I had an extended 6 night stay here. Lovely location nestled in between other homes and hotels. Very quiet location, aside from the occasional dog bark and groans on the Hotel Kalura tennis court. The pool is lovely for a dip, and the gardens are well kept. It’s quite newly planted so will no doubt grow into a more lush oasis. The Kalura beach isn’t far, some very steep steps leading down to it but it’s worth the thigh burn. Beautiful sunrise and still warm sea in the mornings in September. Also the bed is incredibly comfortable!

It was amazing to stay at this beautiful place! It’s peaceful and the view is amazing. You have anything you need here for some lovely days in Sicily!

This place is such a gem. There really are no words to describe the views and the apartment, on the grounds of a 17th century monastery. The air was filled with the scent of orange blossoms from the citrus grove and it must be the off season because we seemed to be the only guests on site for the three nights we stayed. We spent hours in the armchairs in the dining room in front of the double doors leading out to the terrace overlooking the ocean, and spent every minute it wasn’t raining out on the terrace enjoying the views of Cefalù, only a 10 minute drive away. Even the rain is beautiful in Sicily. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you may need. Francesco was super helpful and kind and quick to respond to every question. We hope this will be the first Airbnb we return to, when the weather is warmer in the summer.

We had an amazing 5 day stay at Margaretas place. House offers very peacefull vacation with pool, jacuzzi and even sauna and great charcoal grill. House is very nicely furnished and has several ac units. Only one bedroom doesn’t have ac, so it gets hot with the doors closed. Many shops and restaurants in the village near the house. 10 minute drive to the beach! I would definately come back!

We had a really nice time in Alessandra and Alices apartement, with the supernice cat Pimpa. It was big and spacey for seven adult persons. Nice terrace and pool. Big kitchen for cooking. About 30 minutes drive to Palermo. About 10 minutes to Ficarazzi, who has supermarkets, two pizzerias and nice beaches.
