I had a great time ! Our room had a porch Sara directly by the pool and we also had a view of the ocean. Nice big tv with Netflix and fridge and nice bathroom. Could get drinks in the pool while arching the ocean . Breakfast was also good . Will stay there again someday

The accommodation is just as advertised, the service they have to go down to the beach helps a lot, although you can also ask for a Grab or walk. Consider that the path to the rooms is made of wooden slats and you can hear when someone comes in and out. Being in a natural place, the noises of the animals are usually very loud, so you usually wake up around 5 am. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times

Niels was a wonderful host! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and had originally only intended to stay one night but ended up extending my stay an additional two days! His staff was wonderful and the place felt like home. They offer shuttle rides to Ao Nang beach and provided wonderful service and answers to my questions. I especially enjoyed 3 pools they had and the spacious apartment. The place was very clean and near a number of restaurants. I HIGHLY recommend Niels’ place for the comfort, extremely attentive staff and value!

Incredible resort with so much to offer! Honestly, I didn’t leave for the first day I had so much I wanted to try. Restaurants, GIANT generous buffet, yoga, Muay Thai classes and more. One of the more relaxing stays I’ve ever had and worth the spend. I’ll definitely be back.

Real cute bungalow resort. Host was very helpful, helped us arrange transport and gave recommendations even though we booked last minute. We came and swam in the very nice (big, clean and deep enough for diving practice) pool and instantly wished we booked a longer stay. Close walk to beach and amazing night market!

Located right at the heart of Krabi and so close to the beach. This hotel has a great pool view that opens right at the beach. The value for money is still not justified. I paid alot for this hotel and wasn't satisfied with the money they charged for the stay. but moreover it was a peaceful stay

Very nice location although definitely rent a car or scooter to get around. They had complimentary scooter service to the beach and night market which was fantastic! They serve breakfast at 8 but it would have been nice to have been able to eat earlier. Overall, great place and location, would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful time at Na Sook Wellness Resort. I must especially emphasize the excellent service on site. I arrived with crutches and everything was immediately taken from me. I was driven to the 7-Eleven and accompanied in the store so I didn't have to carry the basket myself. I was assigned a barrier-free bungalow directly and even when I noticed on the beach that I didn't have any money with me, I was picked up directly so I could get my wallet. I had booked a wonderful private yoga lesson through the hotel, for which I was also picked up by scooter and taken to the yoga pavilion. If you want to enjoy the soul in a quiet location with lots of nature, the accommodation is perfect! The amenities of the bungalow are great. You have everything you need (well-equipped kitchen). I had a scooter to get around. Everything was perfect for me!

This place was a dream. A relaxing, peaceful retreat away from the busyness that is Ao Nang. Super nice staff, refreshing pool, great massages, and easy time get a ride into town through Bolt. The interior decorating in the house is adorable as well. We'll be back for sure next time we're in the area.

Great apartment for children. Perfect cleanliness,cleanliness and change of towels daily,also brought water and a plate of fruit daily. All possible kitchen utensils were at our disposal. Very nice furniture, quality beds,clean, quality linen. Two bathrooms with toilets,shampoos, conditioner for hair, ear sticks,hand soap were replenished daily. The apartment has an ironing board with an iron and a hair dryer. Each room had air conditioning and a fan on the ceiling. A huge plasma TV in the living area. Perfectly clean its own swimming pool,which was also cleaned daily. The pool has a sun lounger area and terrace furniture. There were also two large swimming pools with sun loungers and different depths, which were also in perfect condition and we could enjoy them. Responsive,attentive,responsive staff who responded to any request or issue with lightning speed. The hotel provides its own minibus with a driver at reasonable prices for guests' needs. It was very convenient to leave from the door of the apartment to the elephant farm and also to the airport:) The hotel has its own laundry service, there is a laundry service at reasonable prices. Thai massages can also be arranged. The kids were delighted from the pool with colorful carps and turtles at the front desk. Also on the territory there were wild rabbits, a friendly and hand-held dog, a well-maintained, thoroughbred cat came to visit. There is a Thai Scandinavian restaurant on the territory, where you can have breakfast,lunch and dinner. Nearby there are two large shops and many small shops. The apartment is 3 kilometers from Ao Nang beach,so there is no tourist noise, hammock,dirt. At the same time, there is a free shuttle service to and from the beach,which is available from 8am to 6pm. The host is very responsive,always in touch, responds to any questions instantly, tries to help in all matters. The price fully corresponds to the quality of the services.

Jungle village is the perfect place to stay. It is away from the craziness of Ao Nang but the village makes it really easy to go in and out of town. We booked a tour thru them and it was completely hassle free. Everyone who works there is so helpful and nice. I can not think of a better place to stay.

I had such a lovely stay at Baan Phuvara Retreat. From the moment I arrived, everything was so well organised. A big thank you to the kind woman who helped me sort out my deposit—she even took me to the 7-Eleven to get some cash when I didn’t have any. That level of service really set the tone. The room itself was beautiful—clean, cosy, and with a super comfy bed. The private hot tub on the balcony was a real highlight, especially with the peaceful views. While there are quite a few steps around the property (worth knowing in advance), the staff were always on hand and more than happy to help with luggage and anything else you might need. Special shout out to the whole team: the cleaners, maids, those who brought breakfast and carried bags up and down all those stairs—they were all so attentive, polite, and genuinely lovely. Their kindness made the experience feel even more special. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept place with amazing staff in Krabi!

Really enjoyed this stay. Loved the welcome drinks upon check -in, not to mention the tuk tuk ride from the floating pier to the resort. Breakfast was very nice, good selection. The room was clean and comfy. Balcony has a beautiful view of plants and cliffs. Would stay here again.

Neils Villa was awesome for our family of 4. They put fresh fruit in the fridge daily and came and cleaned for us as well. It really felt like Vacation!! The little part of the pool was right in front of our door and it was the perfect size for our 2 little ones, whose waking words were, “can we go in the pool?” Staying here was like being in paradise. We found the Villa restaurant to be a bit pricey to eat at daily, but there are all kinds of restaurants that are more affordable in town and just found some gems by getting out and walking. We also went to the grocery store and bought snacks and some meal foods for days when we didn’t feel like eating out. There are pots and pans, plates and glasses and you can cook yourself so that was perfect for our family. Days where I felt “guilty” about not doing the dishes, it was still great bc the cleaning staff would come in everyday and wash what was left in the sink! My kids would take bath in the big jacuzzi every night before bed and we’d put a bunch of shampoo in the tub and turn on the air jets. They had so many bubbles, it was like kid heaven...😂 We really had the time of our lives and would certainly stay there again!

Our time there was exactly what we needed. The room was as advertised, clean and comfortable. The location was really good for us. We really enjoyed spending some time by the pool area before heading to the night market. The staff was super friendly, including saving the day by finding my shoe. One of the stray dogs had made off with it in the night. I was overjoyed to have it found and returned, they went above and beyond!! I’d recommend putting your shoes inside at night, but definitely consider staying here.
