My friends and I had an amazing stay at Pimpisa’s place! The space was clean, spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast prepared by the housekeeper—delicious and such a thoughtful touch! Communication was fantastic; Pimpisa and her team were always prompt and clear, making the entire process seamless. They even went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an early check-in and late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely lovely place on the canal! Beautiful sitting on the balcony watching the longtail boats drive by! Very helpful hosts including setting up taxis to and from and a hidden boat tour of the canals! Such a comfortable way to start our Thailand trip!

It was spacious, clean, and I was able to relax.It looks like a little old building, but it feels like a retro resort, and the bathroom was probably renovated and quite beautiful, and I was able to use it with peace of mind.The bedroom other than the two single beds has a bathroom.Convenient for large groups.I hardly saw any insects or anything.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is fantastic—it’s in a nice area, making it easy to get around with taxis and all other transportations. The surroundings are quiet yet convenient, with a supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away and plenty of excellent Japanese restaurants nearby. The host and the house manager were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They even arranged a complimentary airport pickup for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Anytime we had questions or needed assistance, they responded promptly and helpfully. The two housekeeping staff were wonderful as well—keeping the place spotlessly clean and preparing delicious breakfasts and fresh fruit in the afternoons. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would love to choose this property again the next time we’re in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

This was our first extended family holiday in 22 years, and we were so lucky to have found this wonderful gem of a spot to stay in. The housekeepers were extraordinary - we were so spoiled with the delicious breakfasts every day, they made a spectacular feast for my father-in-law's birthday dinner, and they were so absolutely lovely that it was like staying with beloved Thai aunts. The house is beautiful, spotless and very centrally located. All communication before the trip was very fast and efficient. Highly recommend that you book your airport transfer through the hosts as that's the easiest way to find the house initially. It was the perfect location with the most perfect housekeepers, we are already looking forward to coming back.

This house is simply beautiful. It’s locayion is away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Be prepared for the madness of the traffic and aware that it can take much longer than excited to get to places. This is no criticism of the stunning house - a simple fact of being in Bangkok. Peter and his family are wonderful, thoughtful hosts than go out of their way to make your vacation as wonderful as possible.
