Ignazio and Stefania are great hosts. Responsive, accommodating. Ignazio gave us good advice and was attentive to us. The icing on the cake, the apartment is quiet which is very nice after a day of walking Naples. I highly recommend it!

Great stay at Pio's. The apartment has beautiful sea and Vesuvius views. We felt great about it.

Very happy with the stay and especially the communication, the kindness and the attention of the guests. The space is very clean and tidy and you have everything you need. The check in instructions were very clear and check in was a breeze. The area is a bit run down but we haven't felt unsafe and most of all it is very convenient both to take the train (if you want to go to Sorrento or Pompeii) and to access the city center, only about 10 minutes away. Also the metro is right there. I fully recommend it and would stay there again for sure

Spacious, well maintained and clean apartment with everything one needs close to shops and places to eat. Located on major bus route and close to University. Gracious, accomodating and responsive host. Great place !

We can only say Top location, Top Design, Top amenities, Top service (like in the hotel with daily cleaning) Top Lucia!!!! We liked everything, especially Lucia's service. Not only because she received us in our language, she immediately had great recommendations and hints ready. So we would not have been able to visit Vesuvius during our stay without their urgent recommendation. The service corresponds to a hotel. Daily cleaning, coffee capsules and some for breakfast. Very tastefully modernly furnished. We loved it. If you want to visit Vesuvius, Herculaneum, Pompeii and Naples, in our opinion there will not be many comparable good offers.

The location of this spacious apartment with great views of the harbor from the unspeakable Chiaiolella is unique. Terrace with large table, umbrella - dining room whenit rains - bathroom and three spacious bedrooms,with double beds and not to forget also a living room with TV - an apartment for a family - it also exudes this flair. People lived here, children grew up here. Everything functional, sparkling clean. Highly recommend as a starting point for excursions on the island and the surrounding islands. Hikes a little difficult, as all paths lead along the highway (very narrow).
