While we had the unfortunate incident of the hot water heater failing while we were there, Mike was responsive and checked on us immediately. It was the weekend and could not be repaired/replaced. We were compensated fairly and timely. Overall, the place was clean and convenient for our needs. I will be back when I'm in the area again.

My family and I came into town to visit my mom’s side. The AirBnb was perfect for my family of four, plus my aunt and her family of four. This space accommodated eight people wonderfully and it blew our expectations out of the water. The way the bnb is decorated is so unique and warm. I would highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

I grew up in Kirwin so I was famiiliar with the trailer We didn't get to use it as a major winter storm moved in So Mi hael said we would be entitled to a refund Then I mistaken hit the wrong button when I was heking our reservation and booked it again and he knows about this be ause he told me to request a redit from Bank of Ameri a and they turned it in as a disputed transa- ation .. I knew this will take time but haven't heard from Mi hael lately but havent heked my e-mails lately either Otherwise he did an ex ellant job and i did he k out the trailer and I was impressed by the leanlyness and the furniture was ex ellant.

Absolutely love to the place had great charm. Christine was really sweet very flexible. Easy to work with looking with simple. Just overall really great experience especially for my first time using Airbnb.
