Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Philipstown

Max’s place was nice and cosy, we had a wonderful stay! Wish we didn’t have the long power cut (and related heat/water disruption) from the unexpected season first snow storm, but who can predict that. Overall a good, comfortable stay. Thanks for hosting us!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful weekend. Even when the power went out for an hour, Boris was quick to give flashlights and lanterns. If anything, the place was UNDERSOLD. Helpful hosts, beautiful place. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our two-night stay at Michael and Enrique’s place! They provided lots of clear instructions ahead of time and the place was quite easy to find. Their home is very well laid-out and cozy, and our dogs loved it too. Enrique is very communicative throughout. We will be back!

The previous reviews were all positive so I wasn’t surprised by how pleasant this listing was and how Dinesh goes out of his way to accommodate guests. Everything was wonderful. Both nights we enjoyed the large fireplace in the large living room, right off the large kitchen. All the spaces are large here. Plenty of room to spread out with friends or family. We were all impressed.

What a special cozy and welcoming home! With a wood fire burning we cooked in the well stocked kitchen as the pups stayed toasty. The call of birds from above with mountains in the distance. Clean and intentional space! We will definitely be back!

Maggie’s place was amazing! Our group absolutely loved the house! We instantly felt at home. The hammock chair, beautiful yard/outside areas, and the well stocked kitchen were some of our favorite parts of the home. We adored the decor and vibe of the home! Maggie was a fantastic host! Cannot recommend Maggie’s house enough!

Nicely rebuilt top (3rd) level of an older home. Easy access via outdoor stairs to 2nd level then enter inside & one more flight to top. Newly constructed private outdoor patio looked great but the weather didnt allow us to enjoy it. Superhost immediately replaced broken coffee maker, caffeine addicted guests were very grateful! Hope to return to the area & will rebook if available.

My family had an absolute wonderful time. They enjoyed every minute at this time share. It was absolutely beautiful and so clean. Everything you could think of was there if you needed it. The host was so wonderful in so easy to get a hold of. I will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit to New York.

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Katherine’s Airbnb was lovely, cozy and decorated so beautifully. The old stone house was located only minutes from cute restaurants and shops. Katherine clearly takes pride in her place! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kingston!

My family and I (including our two pups) felt right at home in John’s place. We stayed here for our visit on the Polar Express. We also spent a day in Woodstock. John’s place is centrally located. It’s deceiving from the outside. Inside is a ton of space and very homey feel. John went above and beyond with snacks and smores, which my kids loved. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a relaxing stay at Vicky’s place. It is tucked away from the bustle of downtown Rhinebeck, but a 15 minute walk allows easy access to all the great shops and restaurants! We found the location to be a great jumping-off point for anyone looking to explore the Hudson Valley region. The unit had everything we could need, and we felt comfortable and cozy. We have stayed at a good amount of places in Warwick and Patrick’s place was our favorite stay. Super clean and cozy place that was absolutely walkable to the village area. The heated bathroom floors were a game changer and the fireplace stove in the sun room allowed for a very comfortable stay. Will def book Patrick’s place again.

Nicola’s home was as beautiful on the inside as the property and surrounding location was. Her home is charming and welcoming. Kitchen and views are great! A truly perfect fall getaway. Thank you!

The stay was great! Everything was as shown in the photos and their response time was great. They were very helpful and the best part is the welcome binder that pretty much explains how to operate everything. My family and I had a great time! Would deff book with them again in the future!

Absolutely wonderful house and hosts! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our Bachelorette :)

The house was lovely and very clean and Piotr was an excellent host and even met us at check in to show us around. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked and It was very comfortable stay for my family of 7 adults and two babies and two dogs. One bedroom is on the main floor and two bedrooms are on the walkout lower level and one bedroom is on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor there is a steep winding staircase that wasn’t an issue for us, but I would not recommended it for small children or toddlers. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

Carl was an excellent host. He was responsive and kind. The house was extremely comfortable, and the views and setting were peaceful and gorgeous. We had an amazing weekend and would love to come back again.
