Vacation rentals in Phelps County

A big thank you for ensuring I had a warmer place to stay during almost single digit cold temperatures and very proactively upgraded me to their guesthouse at no additional charge!!

We needed much desired peaceful place to stay away from busy city sounds and we found it at the ranch! My ears really had to adjust to the sound of quiet. Susan was very welcoming and gave us plenty of privacy. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy beautiful surroundings because it was raining most of the time during our stay, but I'm hoping to be back and check it out again.. Compliments to the host on cleanliness of the house and it fully stocked with everything you need. Ranch is only 15 min away from Rolla if you need to go to store or restaurants and it doesn't take long to get to the 44 highway. Looking forward to visiting again.

Our family absolutely enjoyed this space. The cabin was spacious but cozy. We brought our dog and rode our e-bikes to explore the property. Fishing at the pond was great as well!

We absolutely loved everything about this Airbnb and have already recommended it to family that pass through regularly! It is such a perfect location if visiting Merrimack spring park or the local winery/breweries. (Get pizza at the public house brewery, trust me!) Just a few minutes drive through beautiful countryside to town! We are so glad we opted for this last minute instead of a hotel in Rolla. Everything was truely spotless and had everything readily available for cooking a meal, enjoying takeout, relaxing outside, and playing with our kids in the yard. Can't wait to stay again when we are passing through St James! Thanks Katie!

We had a lovely 2-night stay here! The cabin is beautiful—peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by nature, which made it easy to relax and unplug for a bit. It rained on and off during our visit, so we didn’t get a chance to try out the outdoor movie setup (hopefully next time!), but we had a great time playing lots of games indoors. Grateful for the quiet, the fresh air, and the chance to slow down—it was really nice to just connect and spend quality time with someone you love. We really loved our stay—thanks so much for sharing this cozy spot!

Amy is a great host! The home is comfortable, beautiful and relaxing. It is so quiet and peaceful! We also really enjoyed the back deck and the wonderful sounds of nature. There is also a fire pit that already had the wood in it all we had to do was light it up, enjoy and make some s'mores. We traveled in from California and it was a long and tiring day but the home was so comfortable and peaceful we felt relaxed right away. We haven't felt so calm and relaxed in a long time! Thank you again Amy for sharing this beautiful place! I highly recommend staying at Amy's place!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully remodeled home! The house was exactly as described—modern, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. The renovation was clearly done with care, and we loved the warm earth tones, open layout, and the charming industrial farmhouse vibe. Each bedroom was comfortable and private, and the custom fireplace and game options made it a perfect space to relax and unwind. Great location too—close to everything! Would definitely stay here again.
