The host is a good person. The internet is pretty decent if you have to work. The bathroom is also okay. Both Aircons work properly. You can see the entrance from the gate. Easy to access. Worth the money! 💰

I liked it so much I extended my stay. It’s a short walk to a quieter stretch of the beach where you can catch gorgeous sunsets, there’s street food in the morning/evening and some smaller convenience stores nearby. It’s private and cozy but also very warm and friendly, like staying with family. I actually got sick during my stay and Hara immediately brought over a pot of hot tea and some medicine. The best thing of all though is how warmly the pets are welcomed, and getting to meet all the other cute furry guests.

I recently booked this stunning 6-bedroom villa to celebrate my 50th birthday, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The villa team, led by the wonderful Tin Tin, went above and beyond to cater to our every need. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The villa itself is incredible—spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring a fantastic pool that we spent countless hours enjoying. Its location is another highlight, as it’s close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away in a peaceful, serene setting. The team even arranged a minivan to pick us up from the airport, making our arrival completely stress-free. I can’t recommend this villa enough. It was the ideal venue for a milestone celebration, and I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great week-long stay! The owner was very helpful, quickly provided anything we needed, and made sure the pool and towels were ready. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. While it’s a bit far from the city, taxis (Bolt and Grab) were always available. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Qianrong’s place. My friends and I were always taken care of, especially by Ngit, who came over every day to help around the house. The Best place I've ever stayed before. You really feel like at home with all necessary equipment. Kitchen is fully equipped, huge TV, super comfortable bed and pillows, working area is also presented, more than enough shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The area is peaceful for those who wants to relax.

The most wonderful view from the 27´th floor balcony. A dream for everyone who appreciate seaside view. Calm conditions and yet 10 minutes away from Pattaya city life by car. Alexander is a very easy host and contributes to the pleasant stay. Only to be recommended. Michael from Denmark

Besides the advantage of having a pool right outside the door, I have many other good impressions of Rin's place: 1. There are four 7-Elevens, a Lotus, and a Big C nearby. 2. There are many family restaurants in the area with delicious food and polite service. 3. The top floor of building D in Nirun Condo offers a great city view. 4. There are two spacious rooms that can be separated by a door. 5. Rin speaks both Chinese and English very well, responds quickly, and is very considerate. I will definitely visit again next time I come to Pattaya.

I have stayed at CCR many times and never been disappointed. communication with Temu was very easy and he replied to any communications very quickly. although this condo did not overlook the pool area, to me this was not important it made the area more quiet. the location is very good and only a very short walk will allow you access to the very heart of the city in Soi Bukhaow. I would recommend this condo with Teemu to anyone.
