Condo vacation rentals in Phaya Thai

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. The free gym and pool was so nice to have, we went everyday! The wifi in the apartment was amazing and we could work online without any problems. Hot water and electricity is included in the price! Tops convenience store is just around the corner and Lotus supermarket is a short 10mins walk away. We can definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Birdy's place for 9 days and really enjoyed it. Location is amazing to travel around Bangkok and to go for both local and foreign food. Birdy met us personally to explain everything even though we were arriving after midnight. He also responded for our requests fast when we needed some extra things. Bed is really comfortable and there are two sets of pillows hard and soft. Kitchen have all you need for cooking and washing machine is very quiet as placed outside. Exceptional place for stay in Bangkok!

After dealing with a few other hosts, I can say Buay stands out above the rest. I honestly wanted to book it again to extend my stay but it was already taken. Buay is fast to respond to anything and helpful!

We enjoy our stay as the place is very convenient especially doing laundry and having a gym and pool in the building. The place is also clean and comfy

Great Airbnb located in Ari. Perfect for being in a quiet, hip neighborhood near plenty of great food and coffee (literally across the street from an amazing coffee shop). The apartment is extremely well kept and comfortable and was a perfect place to do work with so many great food options within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Ari neighborhood!

I would recommend this place because the it was really clean was nearby many things and had a great swimming pool for my son.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location. The apartment is spacious, air-conditioned and very easy to reach. The whole attitude with the property owner and in front of the representative in the building were excellent. Highly recommended!

Host waited for me to check in even tho my plane was a little bit late. He’s very kind and bought me breakfast. He knew I had a flight in the morning. I overslept and he came to wake me up. Very caring host.

I have absolutely loved communicating with max and windy about our stay here. They are professional, helpful and very responsive. The apartment feels right at home, with everything walkable. Streets are super safe and accessible. The building is amazing and the staff there are awesome. I cannot praise the home and Max enough. If we were to visit here again, we’re definitely contacting them to book within their listings!

Clean place in a very good location, close to Subway stations and few coffee places around. Pool was super cool! With a stunning view overlooking the whole city. The only thing, building management could take care more about pool’s cleanliness as the glass around it its dirty and needs to be cleaned but this is not Host’s fault. Thip was very responsive and helped with everything. We had some issues with the toilet and he was willing to help us and showed interest to solve the problem.

Clear instructions for accessing the home. Very nice accommodation, very clean. We had a wonderful night. Very nice to end the day in the pool.

My stay at the condo was exceptional, everything was clean and there was a 7-11 and starbucks with walking distance. 10/10 would recommend to stay here, and we definitely would stay here again! Thank you for the memorable stay! 🙆🏼‍♀️

My husband and I fell in love with the place. The place just topped everything, beautiful views, central but quiet location , very nice pool ... we will definitely be back .

I spent a wonderful 3 days in this new apartment. The location is very good, but an hour or so from the main tourist area. The apartment is clean and large enough for one person. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and there's a huge mall a couple of minutes away. Bum was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend his apartment if you are looking for a quiet place away from the center of town.

There are so many things to talk about how comfortable and great apartment Aid has. Aid is very responsive, helpful and friendly! The apartment is just 20mins away from the airport. You have everything you need and if you need something else, there’s a 7-11 just right below! Railway is nearby too. Easy location to get a grab. There’s also a vending machine below for your daily dose of coffee/tea. There’s an area for you to chill too. It feels like home. Quiet and peaceful. Balcony is cosy and windy at times. No traffic noise and able to get a good sleep. I’m lucky to be able to stay at Aid’s. I will definitely come back again.

Fully equipped apartment in an area that is close to the city center, but at the same time quiet. Lovely host who quickly reacts to messages and allowed an early check-in along with providing complementary drinks. Great value for money :)
