Vacation rentals in Phachi District

We had an amazing stay at Sayvahnn's place with my wife and family. The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and made us feel right at home. Located next to a rice field, the views are just wonderful. Sayvahnn and his family were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great suggestions for travel destinations and even helping us arrange tuk-tuk rides. Their hospitality truly enhanced our trip to Ayutthaya. I highly recommend staying here – it’s an unforgettable experience!

this is such a beautiful building with old polished wood floors and high ceilings it's really a very cool place to stay. the hosts are very responsive and always available if needed. the little kitchen area was great I had coffee out there every morning. the location is incredible it's like a block from where all the Vans go places from and about 15 minutes to the train and in the other direction the big historical Park and night market are less than 10 minutes walk. lots of bars restaurants massage everything else in the area. My only issue is the bed was very very firm....but it's located in a wonderful room with a nice sitting area and a little balcony and huge bedroom and bathroom and everything is very new and very clean and works well.

A MUST STAY!!!! Ga was absolutely wonderful. The photos don’t do this place justice! We slept beautifully and woke up to an amazing cooked meal prepared by Ga (best sticky rice and grilled chicken we’ve had in Thailand yet!) was so fun to take the Kayaks out to see the elephants! Ga was such a wonderful host and I wish we had time to stay with her longer. We hope to be back one day!! Also note the place did have an air conditioning unit and screen doors to keep mosquitos out if just wanting the fresh air. Very helpful!

Enjoy a great experience here. The host helped us book a boat trip which is the best trip we had so far. Although it is not centered, Ayutthaya is very small and everything can be reached through Grab or Bolt. There is a temple nearby with walking distance I recommend which is Wat Samanakottharam, not tourist at all, very quiet local place with peaceful atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tippiwans place! You definitely need a sense of adventure for this one. From the minute you walk over the wooden plank walkway to the houseboat it feels like an authentic Thai retreat! The house is very comfortable and has everything you need including AC. The front deck with rope hammock over the water is the perfect spot to relax and watch real Thai life go by. An enormous breakfast is delivered to the door every morning by the super friendly host. Our stay here was a major highlight of our 2 months in Thailand!

Great place with its own wonderful yard, panoramic view of the river and super friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended if you want to feel the authentic atmosphere of this place.

Everything is good and clean

Sumos was the perfect place to stop and enjoy Ayutthaya. The apartment was Perfect for our family and would stop there again
